"Oh yeah... well your dad is a lion, so it makes sense that lions would be pink, since you're part lion too. That's so neat," Ilori said playfully, "That's why I like to travel. There's no way I could see all these different lions, and even hear about cheetas anywhere else!" He mentioned, grinning as widely as he could manage, "The cool thing is that we aren't going anywhere! We just go wherever we like, and don't have to stay anywhere we don't want too. We're free!" His eyes glowed when he talked about it, as though it was everything the cub wanted, and he was only a cub.
"I can see it though... why it would be nice to stay in one place. I never get to keep friends for long, just my parents and I, and my brother," Ilori's cheer faultered, only for a moment, but it was there. His passion was to travel but... but... he liked Tafasuri, and he might never see him again, "It would be nice to have friends who stayed with me all the time. I usually only get to know... anything for a few days. I get to see so much! But... I miss them, when we leave," He smiled again, "But there's always something new, so I try not to think about it long! As cool as everything is, there's always so much more of it out there!"

Taf grinned at Ilori, at least up until the lion cub declared that he and his family were free. It seemed to imply that Tafasuri's family was not so free, and he wasn't so sure he liked that idea.
"There are cheetahs in other places," Taf argued, knowing that only because his mother had mentioned it before- it hadn't taken this cub long to ask his mother why she was the only cheetah around. "And there are lots of different lions here," he continued, though this he was more making up since he had no proof to it other than distant views of other pridemembers, "We're free too, we just want to stay here."
He wasn't too sure on all of the other comments Ilori had. Tafasuri had always been in one place since he was born, and certainly liked it that way. He wasn't used to change, not constant change, and that alone was enough for someone his age to resist the idea. He'd never had a friend leave before, and had a difficult time imagining it- right now, his siblings were his best friends.

"I never said that you wern't free," Ilori said, blinking as though he had never even considered that Tafasui wasn't, "I guess we all find our own way along, right? Everybody's different. We all want different things. That's why my brother and sister wanted to stay in a pride, but my parents didn't, I think... I don't know, I've never met them. I mean, since prides are so big, a lot of lions must like them. I mean, if all lions and cheetas liked to travel everywhere, it would be a lot more crowded out in the middle of nowhere." He chuckled at his own small joke. Even though Tafasuri seemed unsure of the lion, Ilori liked the cheeton.
But then, Ilori didn't dislike anyone. As far as he was concerned, everyone had something good about them. Tafa liked his home, and was willing to stand by that. Which made Ilori like him even more.
"Imagine though, how boring it would be, if everyone liked the same things and did the same things. Stuff would be no fun at all!" Ilori declared, silly again, "No one should be the same. We should all have fun being different! I mean, imagine we were all pink or orange, things would be D-U-L-L!"
