Here in this picture, you will notice the right hand holding the Crystal? It's TOO LOW. If you draw something like this, make sure it's the right height for it to be realistic to look at. Her legs are also too short and fat looking. They don't look right at all for the angle or her position. They're supposed to be longer than that.
At this is my picture. I just post my art on a different site mostly.

You know Tsukie, I noticed your girl has closer proportions to real people, it's especially hard to draw a sailor scout, too... they're so spindly and long.
And the hand, it seems to me that the angle might be off a bit (If you hold your hand in front of you like that, your elbow sticks out to the side).
Pluto, right? I love her.
