tips?
use liquid eyeliner. It's tricky at first but
once you've got used to it
it's a god send.
and if you want two colours
then use a bright colour pencil above it.

aww, well try the gel ones. It's like crayon but the substance of liqiud-ish. I had one but it didn't last very long. i use a lot of eyeliner.

Im not shur what items to use.
And Im not shur how to put it on right without messing up.
Please give advice. or any other ideas to wear eyeliner and make it look awsome. That picture is really gorgeous. Who is that? She is very admirable. Anyway, Doing that eyeliner isn't too hard. Take a plain pencil and draw the outline of the eyeliner and then shade it in with pencil. Go over with liquid eyeliner. and let it dry and then it's perfect and can't smear.
