When I write, I usually just focus more on the two [or more] characters, but it's still hopeless to incoprate all the characters.

No, believe me Pailzor... It is horrible. Try writing a decent fanfic from Ouran, and it's hard... But Naruto... Utter stupidity and a waste of time.

But, if you're not up-to-date, I'm going to say Iruka is my favorite Konoha nin, yupyup. He's such a nice guy, and VERY understanding.
He'd make an awesome big brother/father, neh?
[As well as the rest of the villains in Naruto. Or at least most of them!!]
To answer you question about the countries, I'd say The Water Country. From what we saw out of the Haku arc, it's a very beautiful country <3

I don't really know much about ones other than Wind/Sand and Konoha... I kinda like the Mist's techniques though.
Kohona's shows more diversity in techniques since it's the main charater's village though.
