[Add you new area in the Terrian section, and go from there. Yup, I am here, but I doubt I will be on tomorrow ...parent teacher night]
The man took the money and counted it all up. He looked back over at him slyily before pocketing it.
"enjoy your land, remember up to fifteen different species of pokemon speices can co-exist ...other wise you might come back to find out that your Starmie has been eaten by your Carvanha, or something like that."
The man declares lightly as he up the money away.

((I'll add it later, I need to go and do the dishes soon. Also, if that's the case I better finish Trace's business FAST!))
Trace nodded slightly "15 species, got it" Trace said, giving a minor gesture as he turned around. That was one thing down, and two things left to go. His business apparently done here, Trace headed straight for the door.

Cassey appeared in the PokeTerrain place, glancing at the counter. She pulled out 10,000 gold before debating silently on what place she wanted. Her mind pondered it slightly, before she decided on one. "Okay, I would like to buy 5 acres of your Mirage Pasture." she stated, pushing the 10,000 gold at the person. With this, she would be able to put her pokemon, and be able to keep the Leafeon and Claydol. Plus it would be a good place for her pokemon to have a break.

"As you wish."
The man took the money and came back with the deed for the area.
"There are certain pokemon that like that area, and can gain experience for living there." "Those listed will gain 1/2 thier level X 100 for each day they are left on that land." "You may have up to 15 different species on that piece of land."
The man declares lightly as he held the title for the new area for Cassey to look at.
"Please gave it a name."

((Practically leaps for joy! ^-^ I finally got some land! Whoo! That's a mouthful to say ( smile )
Cassey held the deed excitedly, words sprouting out in her head. What to name it..what to name it? Immediately japanese words formed into her head, and she realized she knew exactly what to name it. "Tsuki's Gin Shainingu Hoshi Mikomi! (Moon's Silver Shining Star of Hope)!" she murmured to herself, happily. The girl then smiled, and then thanked the male before leaving.

Christina walked through the doors to the PokeTerrain shop, giving a small wave to whoever might be working behind the counter at this time. She certainly didn't envy them whoever it was, but it was hard to focus on anything else other than the fact that she had enough gold to purchase some land here. 5 acres certainly wasn't cheep, but then, it wasn't unfairly priced either.
She approached the counter with a smile and then allowed her eyes to wander up to the descriptions of the land. She hadn't really decided on what kind of pokemon she wanted to focus on, nor what types she really wanted to keep in her company. Mostly, she had caught her pokemon on sheer oppertunity and circumstance, not with any other bias. So what would suit her needs best would be something that appealed to a broader range of Pokemon. It limited it down to Mirage Pasture or the Silent Dojo...
"5 acres of the Silent Dojo please." She requested, placing the money down on the counter, exactly 10,000. She didn't have many psychic or fighting types which seemed to be what the training was geared towards, however, most of her pokemon wouldn't mind it. Aipom would be an exception, maybe Kyouko. But that was just fine. It would encourage her to capture more of those certain types. And perhaps those she would leave behind wouldn't grow weaker.

The lady at the counter was quick to grabbed the deed for the land. Surprisingly enough, none had bother to go after such a place in the past choosing mainly the Grasslands for thier pleasure.
She was smiling a bit as she looked over at Christina, and declares quite professionally.
"Do you have the moeny for this land?" "IF so, give it to me, and come up with a name for your new Dojo." "All lands, are suppose to be given a new name by thier owners, though, it's not unthinkingable for you to decline to name it."
She declares lightly and waited for her words, and mostly Christina's money.

Christina nodded to the first question, putting out the 10,000 necessary for the land down on the counter but she didn't push it forward just yet. A name was needed, or well, not so much needed but expected. Christina wasn't very creative with her names, she knew well enough and that was for Pokemon who at least had distinctive personalities. She supposed the Dojo had its flavor but how could she name it anything aside the Silent Dojo?
She sighed softly and gave over the money. "I think just 'The Training Grounds' will do." Not any more creative then Silent Dojo, but hey, who was going to be really judging her based on the name of her land? Of course, maybe something else would strike her along the way. "Can you change the name of your lands at all after they're set up?" She asked with mild curiousity.
If they didn't allow for it, Christina didn't see that it would be a problem. She didn't want to spend much more time in here, she just wanted to head out. Even if she had to keep a name like the Training Grounds forever, it was fine.

"It is your land, you may change it's name whenever you wish."
THe lady declares as she waited for Christina to push the money forward. THe deed still in her hands, as she glared daggers at her. The only reason that people bother to put money down, but not in reach of the person was because they had plans to either haggar or try to make a run with the deed and the money.
Not that it had every been successful, there has been those that tried it in the past as she answered and looked at her expectantly. Would she push the money forward, take it with her, or will she try to take the deed and the money and run. A hand going to a pokeball at that thought, but she kept the smile on her face.
"So, will you purchase it?"

Christina nodded. "Training Grounds it is then." She pushed the 10,000 out in front of her in exchange for the deed, thinking that the dirty look was more for Christina wasting her time than anything else. Christina wouldn't dare take the deed and run. What good would that do? A stolen piece of Team Rocket land wouldn't do her any good if she was planning to keep Pokemon on it without hassle. And after getting interrogated once by the Rockets, Christina rather not get into any major trouble any time soon.
With the money exchanged and the name put down, she smiled lightly towards the woman. "Have a nice evening." She waved and then headed out. It was starting to get later, she was well aware but she wasn't quite finished with buisness enough to go and settle down for the night so she would be ready for tomorrow. While talking with her new Professor had been interesting as to see just what kind of person he was, she had little to no idea what had happened to Professor Kyle. And after that explosion, she wasn't going to try and ask that man again. It was time to head over to a smaller place where she might be able to grab the attention of a student to ask.

Akiko arrived through the door, with a big smile implanted on her face.
"Excuse me? May I buy 5 Acres of the Forest Grove? I've already heard all about the areas, and I'm certain that this is the one I want to buy." She said happily.
She placed the 10,000 gold promptly in front of her, with a glint in her eyes.
Akiko was excited to finally have her own land that she could fill with pokemon!

"As you wish, here is the deed." "Simply sign your name, and give your land it's own special name, and it's all yours."
The man declares as he takes the money from Akiko, and hands her the deed to the land. Now it was up to her to make the decision on what to do about it.

Cassey signed her name, and then wrote down the new name of her terrain. "Aku-Rakki Kaui (Red Lava Seas)" she said, smiling to herself. Grinning now that she had the deed to her new land, she left to go tell her team about her most recent purchase. This made the girl own 10 acres of land.
