the lights suddenly dim down as Down with the Sickness begins to play. the Dragon symbol lowers from the rafters with the Dragon himself, Jarel, visible on it. he steps off as the fans go wild and the lights go back up. Finally, he takes up a mic.

"Whoa whoa whoa, there's one contract stipulation that I myself can nullify and void. The control of the Ministry, that rightfully belongs to the founder, me. Now i know i passed it to the Phenom, but things aren't moving in the direction i had forseen for my Ministry. So instead of the Ministry being put on the line in a match, I hereby declare my right to take over."

the crowd cheers loudly, since this means a full time return for the Dragon.

"Now, I will not be placing myself in running for titles. On the contrary, I am going to lead this Ministry to the days of dominance it should rightfully have. Now after this title match, I'm going to help Kane out with his World title situation. What I'm going to do, assuming he retains it, is quite simply make sure he gets the matches that will put this company back on the map. We're going to add an element of danger to this company again. I'm talking caskets, hell in a cell, ladders, inferno matches, last ride matches, whole new matches never performed before. I'm going to make sure that my Ministry not only asserts dominance, but makes it quite clear why they deserve to be on top. So this little Undertaker stepping down thing, not necessary. I'm going to help everyone in the Ministry at least come close to achieving what I've achieved in this company, and hopefully surpass it."

the crowd begins to chant Jarel's name as he looks at the Ministry members still in the ring
