As Mackie approached the HQ, he saw the shadowy platform dropping down behind him from the corner of his eye. He spun around, hands buzzing, then recognized Erica.

Suff stepped off the platform. "We're just watching your back, Kid. What are you up to?"

Umbra smiled and waved to the man. He didn't know who he was, but seeing as how Sufference was friendly to him, he couldn't be a Hero.

"Boss sent one of the new guys to take down the bridge. He didn't come back, so I went for a look-see. I got pictures of the damage our boy did - maybe we can find a weak spot that'll bring the whole thing down."

Hearing him talk about the bridge, Umbra smiled. He had made a large hole in there, and he had also died for the first time. Although it was unpleasant, at least he was revived. He touched down on the ground, making his shadow return to normal.

Suff nodded, and did quick introductions, "Mackie, Umbra, a new one, who's a bit on the quiet side. A nice change for once, I must admit. Umbra, Mackie the knife, probably stabbed his mother in the back."
She tossed her hair to the side, "Those pictures will probably be useful, I'll have to see them."

Umbra nodded, smiled, and then reached out a gauntleted hand.

Minerva watched as the supers left the area. She changed into a dark wetsuit and slipped into the water. She went beneath one of the many boats, and strapped on a specially made explosive.

Ryu was had snuck into the waters of the dock. He noticed someone entered the water. He didn't know who it was or if they noticed him. He looked around the dock and saw no one. "Guess they all went inside. Wonder what pictures they were talking about? I need to find out...but I can't do it alone. But I can't stay in the water either." Ryu cautiously got out of the water and onto the dock. Hoping that who was ever in the water didn't see him. Or at least didn't recongize him.

Minerva pulled out of the water quickly, and with a quick push of a button she detonated the explosive. The boom shook the boats in the water, and sparks rained down. Sailors and dock workers rushed over to try and save the boats, little dark shadows next to a flaming orange ball. Minerva watched without a movement on her face.

Umbra returned to his perch on top of the warehouse and watched the blaze. He noticed someone running away from the explosion, but paid no attention to them. After a few moments, he began staring out into the water.

"What in the hell was that?!"....Ryu got up looking around trying to figure out what happened. Ryu looked up at the top of the warehouse....he noticed a small figure up on top. Ryu stared at the motionless figure.....

Umbra noticed someone looking up at him. He swung his feet a little, and gave a small wave.
