Hmmm, I think Shikamaru would make a good Hokage. And i'm not saying I don't like Hinata, but she wouldn't make that great of a Hokage.

i think either kakashi or shikamaru would be the best. Gai would be the worst because he would make everyone wear those green spandex xp

I think Sakura would make a good hokage because
*highlight if you want to read spoilers*
As said in Naruto shippuden she is a second Tsunade. Also she did beat Sasori with the help of that old lady! She also has a temper that can be used to her advantage even though she can be scary at times.
I think the worst would be Ino! If I was there and she became hokage I would either kill myself, kill her, or go to a different village. Maybe the sand........

Shikamaru=awesome hokage
Kakashi=most likely to succeed Tsunade
Naruto=most likely to succeed Kakashi
Choji=NO!!!!!!!!!! burning_eyes
Jiraiya=ok i guess
Sakura=she'll hate it

i'd say Kakashi. He's probably the best ninja alive (besides the sannin and maybe a few akatsuki mambers) and was trained under the best hokage to have ever lived.

Come to think about it. I like Tsunade as Hokage but I think Gai would be the worst Hokage. ninja

Worst would probably be Lee or Ino, definitely Sakura
