Syannia smiled, ah, well if this was the case she guessed she could take back what she origionally said in her head about the child. "Yeah, these'll be nice for where we're going," She said, moving to stand next to the child as she picked flowers.
Made her want to pick a few herself, come to think of it.
So she did!

Eiaera had a nice little bundle before long, and smiled,
"Okay, I'm ready now," she said to the other girl, skipping over to her,
"I bet these'll look really nice in HQ!"

Syannia smiled and patted the child's head, a few of the flowers she had picked herself in her hand. Taking one of the big ones, she placed it in the child's hair. She started walking again, once more on track to the HQ.
With any luck the child would find them another diversion for them!

Eia giggled happily as the other put a flower in her hair, and twirled around,
"The colour-flies, the ones I was chasing earlier, they like these flowers a lot."
She wasn't really sure how she knew how to talk, or knew what some things were and others weren't, but she was pretty sure it had something to do with the mellon that guided her. At any rate, she followed Syannia, wondering what this HQ might be like.

Syannia smiled. "Yeah, they seem to at that," She chuckled, moving along the path towards the HQ. When it came into sight, a rather modern looking building, looking somewhat like a hotel.
Walking up the front poarch of it, Syannia opened the door. "I think there is a vase around here..."

The girl observed the building carefully, looking over every detail,
"It's a neat place," she said,
"And there's just people and food and stuff in there?"
She looked at it nervously. She'd never been inside a place like it before. She didn't know what to expect,
"Do we have to go in?"

Syannia smiled at the girl. "Yes, only people and food," She said as she pushed open the door with her foot. "We do, the food is in there, as well as something to hold these flowers,"
Sliding in the door she held it open for the child. "Come on in, it doesn't bite, I promise."

Eiaera peered at it curiously, then walked in, looking about the room to get the full measure of it,
"I am a little hungry..." she didn't see any food right away, though, "Where's the food?"

Syannia hadn't really been her before today, but she did know there was food here... "I'm not sure..." She said, she saw a vase, so she grabbed it as the door shut, and put her handful of flowers in. "We'll have to look around, it shouldn't be too hard to find..."
She could already see a living room looking area in the next room.

Eiaera followed Syannia's example and put her flowers in the vase too,
"Oh! That'll be fun!" she nodded and scampered into the next room,
"This doesn't have any food..." she said, "Not in here."

Syannia smiled, and moved into the other room, looking around, she spotted a room that looked like a kitchen, so she moved to it. "Here Eiaera! I found it!" She smiled and moved to the fridge, opening it up and looking around. "Would you like a sanwich?"

Eiaera nodded,
"Sure! A sandwich sounds good!" she wasn't sure what it was, but she'd found she'd eat just about anything the mellon seemed to suggest to her, so she was pretty sure she'd like it.

Syannia chuckled, and pulled out the fixings of a sandwich, meat and condiments and et all. She grabbed some bread from the bread box and made up two quicky little sandiwches.
Suprised she'd not bumped into anybody, especially with the child with her, she took this as a sign that she was in the clear.

Eia beamed and took the sandwich after Syannia was done making it,
"Thankyou!" she mumbled through a mouth full of food,
"What do we do now?"

Syannia chuckled. "We eat," She smiled, taking a bite of her sandwich. She smiled at the child, closing her eyes to just listen to the noise around her.
She heard footsteps! Her eye shot open and she turned her head to the door.
"Well hello there, I thought I wouldn't see you again," Polgara stood in the doorway arms crossed.
