- why do people... love, lose, become hurt in this limited time. -
Episode 32 upset me. Cause I was like
HOLY s**t HOLY s**t IT'S MATT...WITH MELLO!
and then I was like ....Matt's gone. emo I really wanna see his character played out.

Wow, looking at those pictures (and then brightening them myself so I could see 'em better. xD) he looks kind of like an emo kid with goggles. :/ Argh.

Totally straying from the anime, I checked volume 10, seeing as I coud have sworn that the first time Matt appeared was in volume 11, and yes, Matt's first appearance is volume 10, chapter 83. Yeah, just wanted to add that for no good reason. rofl

I wish they had made the 2nd arc longer. It seems too rushed.
Plus, we would've seen WAY more of Matt, and maybe they even would've developed his character.

Awwww...
It makes me sad to see that Matt doesn't have his cool red hair. =( I haven't had the time to watch the more recent episodes...

Hopefully we will see a bit more of Matt than we did in the anime... You really can't expect too much, though, considering how little he was in the manga, and the fact that Death Note is driven by plot, not by characters... We hardly learn anything about the main characters, let alone those who were in all of 14 panels before...chapter 99... events...
Was it ever determined exactly how long the series is going to be? confused

*sigh* One can only hope. i__i The anime is nearly over, and Viz releases the final volume of the manga in July. Then there will be nothing left to look forward to...
Except maybe HTR 13...

Holy s**t! *kills MadHouse* I thought Matt was going to be all awesome like he is in the manga! AND WTF IS WITH THE SHIRT AND HAIR!!?? Red brown hair, green pants, and black and white strpied shirt.... Your edits are good. Maybe make the black more 'black' and not gray on his shirt and his pants a darker green. This is how I pictured Matt.

Same here! gonk I seriously had dreams about Matt showing up in the anime. But in the same dream me and my mom stole stuff from stores and were on the run from the cops..
I'd make the shirt more white/black if I could.. the grey was the lightest I could get.

I was Kira and stuff and Raito was there being all awesome and stuff and L was still alive and grabing onto Raito's leg and Mikami was making out with me and Matt and Mello were there and Mello was acting all awesome and gay and cept on tyring to kiss Matt and Matt was pushing him away trying to play a game. IT WAS THE BEST DREAM EVER!! Also I had red eyes and the song "House of wolves" by mcr was playing in the background. I love that song and the dream was apsolutly PERFECT! I wish I could have went through that dream forever, but my alram went off... and I woke up. *sigh* If only dreams like that could come true...
