Hearing screams, Jade turned around to see Kusari going half crazy. Sighing, she came up to Kusari, grabbed her squarely by the shoulders, and yelled, "SNAP OUT OF IT, WOMAN!!" Then unexpectedly, Jade slapped Kusari across the face. "...Better?" she asked kindly, talking in a softer tone.

"You're welcome, Kusari." Jade answered simply. Starting to feel slightly unwell, she silently slipped away from Xander and Kusari and into the inn. She opened the hidden door behind the check-in counter and entered her room. It was a small, quaint, yet cozy room with a warmly lit fireplace in one corner. She began to feel lightheaded as she layed down on her bed in the corner opposite of the fire. Great, just what I need...more illness. she thought, closing her eyes.

"Well, it takes some getting used to. I learned to keep something to take your mind off of the farm when the work is done. I ,personally, play violin and paint."

"My grandpa taught me how to play. He taught me everything I know about farming too. I don't understand a person not letting their child learn how to play an instrument. You must have lived a very sheltered life."

Opening her eyes again, Jade slowly sat up. Moving stray strands of her ebony hair out of her face, she thought, Might as well get it over with.. Standing up, she went over to the sink and filled her tea kettle with water. Once she had turned the stove on and put the filled kettle on to boil, she opened one of her cabinets and pulled down a box labled "Medicinal Tea: for illness in the form of Stress, Insomnia, and Headaches/Migraines. 30 Teabags" To her dismay, when she opened the box there were only three lonely tea bags left. Tastes horrible but works better than Advil. I hope Won will have some more in stock tomorrow. she thought as she pulled one out and left it on the counter next to the stove.
Knowing that it would be a while until the water was ready, she left her room (leaving her door open by accident) and poked her head out the inn doors. "Hey, you guys want to come inside?" She asked kindly.

"Okay." He walks in and notices a small door open behind the front desk. "Why have I never know about that room when I've lived in this village since I was 10?"

Jade held the inn doors open as they walked in. Hearing Xander's question, she turned around in suprise. "Oh! Uh, t-that's my room..." She answered, rushing over to close her door. Right before she could lock it, a sharp whistle came from behind the door causing her to yank it back open. "oh no, the tea!" She exclaimed, one hand holding her head in pain as she rushed over to her stove and turned it off. As luck would have it, Fate decided to let Jade have a 'Lorelei Moment' - when Jade went to take the kettle off of the stove, she forgot to use a heat mitt causing her to burn her hand on the hot metal handle. "OUCH!! Damn it!" She yelled in pain. "Not only does today give me a headache, it had to burn me too." Using her other hand(with a heat mitt this time), she poured some water into a clean mug and inserted the teabag.
