"My grove my fruit." He chuckled softly as he shook his mane out. It was an easy concept if you just thought about it. Though she seemed almost as good at twisting words as he was.
"I have been here as long as i can remember. I would think i'd have seen you before were you here before me." She hadn't been around and he knew it. He'd roamed this same grove since he was a foal and never had there been a white Kitten roaming around with him.

"I saw no mark of yours on the plum that I devoured. Besides, I'm certain it was far too sweet for someone such as yourself. It may have upset your stomach." She nodded slowly, a sly smile slipping over the features of her face. "I did you a favor."
She gave her head a light toss, short mane fluttering against her neck. "Only as long as you can remember? What about the pieces that you don't recall? Perhaps I found this grove first durring a moment of your forgetfullness and it simply neglected to tell you?"

"Unless you found this before i was born, and i would hazard that i am older than you, then you would not have" It was pointless to argue with him about the one who'd laid claim to this piece of land. It was his, had always been his, and would continue to be his. She was just borrowing it because one did not tell a Kitten they couldn't go somewhere.

"If I am to come to the terms that this grove is your home and yours alone then it shall never be anyone elses. If that is the case I will bid you adieu and rest my weary head elsewhere." Another softly sly smile was given as she shook her head, turning with a swish of her tail.

"You are far to quick to come to conclusions my dar Kitten." He shook his head and laughed as she turned. "I said it was mine. I did not say i would not share."
All he had asked for in return was a simple story which she had refused to give. One would think she would like telling other's of what she'd accomplished.

"To share would be one thing. You are asking me to do something in return which is not sharring. I believe that would be something more along the lines of striking a bargain." She nodded slowly, glancing back over her shoulder at the stallion. "Had I wanted to strike a deal with the devil I would have remained in Brimstone's company a bit longer... What makes you think I'd be more willing to make a trade of some sort with you?"

"Were i the Devil i could probably answer that for you. Seeing as how i am not it's a lost cause." He chuckled. "The Devil lacks the ... style i possess." That and the devil was more likely to be fonder of violence than he was. He would much rather just twist people into doing what he wanted rather than forcing them to.

"Style, you say?" Her brow lofted slightly as she trotted back towards the stallion, pacing a slow circle around him. "Hmm. I can possibly see a bit of style... Afterall, only rarely can one possibly go wrong with stripes." A smile curved her mouth. "I would only drive you mad if I stayed. It's why creatures such as myself are rarely in one place for long periods of time, you know..."

"Drive me mad?" He tossed his head back and laughed. "Dear Kitten..." He looked back at her, green eyes bright. "I've been Mad for years now." Nothing she could say cold drive him further into madness than he already was. He'd reached the furthest edges once already.
