I listen to a lot of music... mostly rock/emo/pop. I listen to everything so it's hard to have a very favorite band... but I love Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Boys like Girls.

Some of my fave bands and musicians (in no particular order): Iron Maiden, Dir en Grey, Nightwish, Sonata Arctica, The Cure, Freezepop, Onmyouza, Kagrra, Queen, Cocteau Twins, The Dresden Dolls , Santana, The Donnas, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Moi Dix Mois, Malice Mizer, Rammstein, Kamelot, Depeche Mode, Apocalyptica... phew! sweatdrop

Industrial: Feindflug
Rockabilly: Reverend Horton Heat
Classic Rock: >.< Tricky... Uhm, Bad Company I think.
Metal: Hmm. System of a Down or Rob Zombie
Modern Rock: Mindless Self Indulgence
Trip Hop: Massive Attack
Punk: Bad Religion
Blues: Stevie Ray Vaughan or Tarbox Ramblers
Aaaand, Johnny Cash.
Oh:
German: Rammstein or Tokio Hotel
Japanese: Gackt

Hmm. Linkin Park and ThousandFootKrutch are my favorite English bands.. Jolin Tsai is my favorite chinese artist (in mando). But I like some canto artists too.

What, no mentions of The Goo Goo Dolls yet? X3 I love them~
I also really like Evanescence, Snow Patrol, Gin Blossoms, Garbage, Savage Garden, Train, Nickelback, and Within Temptation.
Mostly, I like the weird pop/rock/alternative/ska style of the 90s. Any of those genres is fine on their own too, but better when it's a mix of two or more. X3 I mostly listen to individual singers rather than bands, though.
