my dad bought me a guitar(sorry) for my 15th birthday, but i don't know how to play, can't afford lessons, and have no patience to teach myself, so i traded it to my brother for his keyboard, which i also don't know how to play, and it sits in the corner collecting dust^^but i sing, sometimes. if you're in my family, you tell me to shut up. if you hear me sing with emotion, you tell me to continue. yeah.

I used to play the Clarinet which was boring and I wanted to switch to the Saxophone but my dad said no and so I quit that and then I used to play the drums then I got bored and quit that man I'm a sad excuse for a person *sighs* I need to stick to a hobbie, I never can lol.

I just started learning the keyboard yesterday afternoon, and, thus far, it's been quite easy, and very fun! =D The book I'm using is called 'The Older Beginner Piano Course' by James Bastien, and it's quite easy to follow. Along with that endeavor, I know how to sing (if that counts for anything).

I used to be able to play violin really well...... and then I forgot how. sweatdrop

My dad's a drummer and taught me how to play....... but I sucked. sweatdrop
Now I'm learning to play the guitar. I just started, so I suck right now, but I really wanna learn, so I'm just gonna keep playing. smile And just to make you all hate me...... I'm getting free lessons. smile
And I know how to sing, too. Just not in front of lots of people. sweatdrop

I've been trying to learn guitar so that my dad will teach me bass, but I'm not so into it, so that's going really slowly. -.- like 4 years I've been at this slowly.
But I also sing rather well, so at least I got that. ^-^

I know how to play guitar, violin, piano, flute, recorder, picalo, and french horn. My dad is teaching me how to play the drums now, he taught me most of the instruments listed above.
