What ever happened to Tajiri? I don't know why, but the name comes to mind...
Tajiri retired from professional wrestling, saving the first ECW One Night Stand, to spend time with his wife.
Close, but not quite actually.. He's wrestling for All-Japan and the Hustle promotion in Japan. the reason he left WWE was because he did indeed want to be home and closer to his family. That's why he made the move.
As for Disco Inferno: He had worked the indy league since he left the spotlight. Last known stories about him are that he was arrested for gambling in Roswell Georgia... Not really anything interesting to report!
And for Rikishi: He was released by WWE on July 16, 2004, following repeated requests from WWE to lose weight. He continues to wrestle on the independent circuit. In October 2005, Fatu shortened his ring name to Kishi after being notified by WWE legal representatives that WWE owned a trademark on the name "Rikishi". Fatu, as Kishi, would go on to operate Nu-Wrestling Evolution, a professional wrestling promotion based in Italy.
