Devakanya cringed as Riley grabbed her, only relaxing when she realized the other girl wasn't hurting her. Okay. This was okay so far. She shrugged, shaking her head. She didn't really know any fun games for two people. Osha always picked the games, and when she was alone, she liked to play in the sand or with paints or something. Riley could pick, she supposed. She hadn't hurt her so far. She was loud, maybe, and kinda scary, but she didn't do anything bad yet.
Zack didn't follow Runeh's train of thought either. "...what're you talkin' about?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He looked over to where the other man pointed and nodded. "Yeeeah. Tha's the one. Thanks." He paused, observing his kids for a moment while one of the men whined at the other. Osha and Devi seemed fine. He glanced back over at the pair. "So what bring you all here," he asked, pulling the headphones back over his ears. "I'm Zack, by the way."

"No? Hm..." Riley tapped her foot thoughtfully, peering with sharp silver eyes about her. There was Devakanya and Osha and her...that was three! And...three could play lots of things! Like tag! That was her favorite game EVER! Because she got to run around. And it was a proper game, too, so it'd probably teach the strange blue girl something good! "Okay...lets pway tag!" She pointed a finger at Osha, "You it!" She then grinned at Devakanya encouragingly, "Run?"
Runeh smiled knowinly and let Mikael take the lead. He could always poke fun later, when his twin didn't feel like ruining his game. He had no qualms with waiting, after all.
"Watching the squirt," Mikael said gesturing over his shoulder to his younger sister. And if he had a choice he'd be doing something else. But whatever. "I'm Mikael, that's Runeh," he responded with a nod, seeming rather disconnected to the conversation. It didn't really interest him much.

Devakanya shrugged at the question. She didn't go outside much, and as far as she knew, which wasn't much, tag was an outside game. Osha played it with his friends sometimes, but she never went out to play with them. They were a lot older...and scary. Older kids were scary. And...she just liked the inside better anyways! But...if Osha was 'it', wouldn't that mean she had to run away?
Osha knew what to do. He grinned at the girls. "Three second head start." Maybe Devi would get the hint. "One. Two. Three!"
Devakanya took off by number two, making a run for her sandbox. She wasn't very fast yet, so Osha decided he'd chase Riley first. If he couldn't catch her, he could chase his sister.
Zack nodded. Mikael and Runeh, the sparrow girl's guardians. He'd ask Osha for her name later. He glanced back over at the children, who now seemed to be chasing each other over the park. "She must be a bold one." She was getting Devakanya to play along. Impressive.

But this just so happened to be Riley's favorite game. A game that most of her brothers refused to play with her anymore. She really wasn't sure why. It wasn't her fault that she could outrun them. Hehe! She made a dash for the slide, her movements way quicker then the unicorn girl. See if he could catch her!
Mikael and Runeh looked rather unsurprised to see Riley running about like a little speed demon. They were just glad that they didn't have to do the chasing. Mikael especially felt that way, after a night of chasing her around for half an hour trying to get her dressed. "You could say that," Mikael agreed, "Though it's a bit of an understatement..."

Osha was older and larger than Riley, but it didn't seem to give him any sort of adventage. The sparrow girl was fast and Osha just didn't spend enough time outside playing to give himself a chance. Sure, he could play with normal children, but Riley was like...was like...was like that roadrunner on the tv! So instead of this futile attempt -those chasing the roadrunner usually ended up in wretched situations- Osha quickly changed directions and tore off after his sister. He quickly caught up, grabbing her and yelling 'tag, you're it' before darting off.
Devakanya stared after her big brother. She's it? She chewed on her lip. Was she supposed to chase Osha and Riley?
Zack shrugged. "I guess. She must be, if Devi's playing. Girl doesn't even talk, she's so shy." That worried him, but she was only a toddler, right? He didn't really need to think about it too hard. She'd probably outgrow it when she meets more kids.

Riley pouted as she sat at the top of the slide, her legs dangling down the slick metal surface. Everyone gave up too fast! She watched sulkily as Osha caught Devakanya rather easily, making her It. But she was slower then Osha! That was no fun. Well...maybe she could slow things down just a bit. She waved to the other girl, "Up here! Come get meeee~!"
"Maybe she's just a slow starter," Mikael suggested blandly, finding the subject unintersting. "Didn't mom always say something about Liam not talking until he was six? And he's brilliant."
Runeh grinned, chuckling a little, "Yes, though Liam still doesn't talk much. I don't think that's a very encouraging comparison."
