This girl is always cold, but this also gives her an advantage in that she has an increased tolerance to pain. Her navy blue skin seems to almost sparkle and glow. With her bat-like wings that extend down her body, Oseari has added lift and gliding potential in the air.
Oseari loves to fly, gliding as high as she possibly can, as close to the stars as possible. She has a fascination with them, and often muses aloud that she wonders who might live there. She also has a love of anything firey, as she attempts to rid herself of the constant chilled numbness she feels, and often complains about.
