Perhaps she is more focused on book 7 and didn't put her full dedication into HBP?

Oh, now I have hope again!!!

*bows* You're welcome. I'm hoping Book 7 will be-by far-the best of the series.

Hey, spoilers are suposed to be in white. Although I don't know why people would read click on something that said spoilers, and not want to know stuff, but it's the rules.

I don't think we will even hear of hogwarts next year because Harry said he didn't want to come back. He was going to go and find the Horexes of Voldemort, and destroy them.

It would seem to me that having a warning in the thread title would allow us to not use the damn white. But then again, I haven't read the rules. (This isn't the first thread where somoene hasn't put a spoiler in white, though)

The Spoiler Rules
Once the sixth book comes out I am sure y'all will want to talk about it, thats fine. But you must post SPOILER in the topic heading, if you don't and there is a spoiler we will warn you, get three warnings and you get suspended for a week from the guild. Get suspened twice and you get banned. If someone in your topic posts a spoiler just change the topic tittle

From that, I gather that not posting in white is fine, so long as the topic title warns for spoilers.

(Spoilers/Theory)

Alrighty, I've been using my noggin and I've come to a really weird theory for number seven.

Dumbledore's not fully dead. o.O; He and Snape planned the whole thing and Snape isn't evil, just doing his double agent role, again. Dumbledore has a Horcrux or two since he's probably had to kill Death Eaters while fighting them and figured, "Since Voldemort's spilt his soul, maybe I should do that too. Just in case."

And has anyone else noticed that Book Six is A LOT shorter then five? I thought they were supposed to get..bigger? O.o;; Or was four the biggest? Geebus, I can't remember. But I also agree with darkangeloflight14. It did seem like Rowling didn't put as much as she put into HBP as the others. Not that it wasn't good! But it didn't have as much flair as the others.

Oh, and Tonks and Lupin might be cute. ^^; I'm just glad that Rowling thought about giving Lupin a girl since he's all alone. I also have a new resepct for Fleur. I was really glad when she decided to stick with Bill even is he is paritally werewolf. That made me happy.

Considering that Dumbledore considers death the "next great adventure" (or something like that), I highly highly doubt he would make a horcrux. Not to mention the fact that that is very dark magic and seems pretty much against everything that Dumbledore stands for. He's disgusted by the idea of creating a horcrux, so why would he have one himself? (Plus, there's plenty of evidence to show that Dumbledore knew, possibly planned, that he was going to die, and I don't think this would have been the case if he were immortal).

I think she said that OotP would be the longest. This is the second-to-last book, so she has to set up a lot of stuff for the finale. I think maybe that's one reason it doesn't seem as great to some people. Personally, I loved it. And I truly believe that all the relationships have more to do with a theme in the book, rather than to satisfy rabid shippers (not that you brought that up, but that seems to be some people's take on it). Also, some of the relationships seem to be there to help set important things up for the next one, like Lupin and Tonks. Giving Lupin someone to be with gives him an excuse to live; he's not just some loner who can give it all up for the cause anymore. Lupin's always had some self-doubt, so I think Tonks might help him with that.

Sakura_kura
It was a pretty good book-for a filler.

I noticed it seemed kinda like a fan fic . . her style seemed different. The type font change for the last chapter or so-did anyone notice?!?! Erm but yes, good. I'm glad Harry broke it off with 'her' in the end because it seemed so shipper . . . um but yes. Good.

Ah. My friend said exactly the same thing. But maybe thats because Fanfics and predict a lot of things?

But her style changed, but not in a negitive way. I don't think her style changed, I just think it's getting more serious. As Harry grows up, the books are growing up with him.

I agree with you there Bee. It has changed, but not in a negativ way. And yes the books are getting more serious, that's why it's different.

I like your theory, and for now im going to believe it.
I can't believe Snape...it was so sad...

I know, this blows everything out of perportion. I mean the only concrete safety Harry had, was Dumbledore. Same went for almost the ntire wizarding world. DUmbeldore was almost the only thing stopping Voldemort from taking over. But now, there are no true milestones infront of Voldemort's path to Harry.

Yeah I would have never guessed Dumbledore! I'm wondering if Harry could go and talk to the portrait in his old office. If I were Harry it would make me feel btter.
And Dumbledore, the greatest wizard of all time dead? Just like that?
