"Don't even try to offer the bare minimum, because in the end... I -will- get what I want, the only difference is that you won't benefit from such a path." She gave him a pointed look while chewing slightly on her lip ring before producing her lighter and offering the flame to him.
Snuffing out her own cigarette butt, she stuffed the lighter back into her pocket and eyed the ocean behind him. "Lets go for a late night swim..." Another well timed pause was allowed to linger while she walked past him towards the water, letting her shorts fall to the ground in the mean time. "If you want to discuss terms, that is..."
With a chuckle, she continued her slight sauntering, removing the top and bottoms as she went. By that time, Nicky's human eyes could only tell that she lacked the articles, as her tails successfully blocked the goods from viewing.

Nicky's smirk grew somewhat at her comment about getting what she wanted. But, he just let the comment slide for the time being before gratefully lighting up the cigarette he had been given. He inhaled a few times with practiced ease, letting the nicotine seep into his system. It was a nice feeling. That, plus the liquor he had earlier was giving him a decent buzz, so he just straightened his tie and followed the squirrel lady. "Sounds like a plan," he muttered out as he kicked off his shoes and socks on his way toward the water. Overall, he was somewhat repulsed by her. The tails and fur were more than a slight turn off...but something about her no bullshit personality made him follower her to the beach as she stripped. Really, it reminded him of back home.
Casually, he took off his jacket, tie and shirt as he continued to walk forward.
"Terms are always a good place to start," he said with confidence.

There were many reasons she chose to move the conversation to the ocean, one of which being the fact that under the waves one could hide the many tails that would clearly hinder her negotiations with a full human. Not to mention it was dark and there were no cameras or microphones out here.
As for now, she'd let him come to her before any talks were to start. Maybe even wait for a him to offer a few things on his own before this deal would be fully hashed out.

Nicky knew how bad wet fur smelled...at least to human nostrils anyway. And he was glad to have the smell of the ocean near him. By time he himself entered the water (having snuffed out his cigarette along the way), he was wearing nothing but a pair of simple black boxers...his sinewy athletic form clear to see without any fur to cover it up. Easily he slid into the waves after Antony, seeming almost at home in them. One doesn't get a build like he has by just lifting weights.
He floated on his back for a moment, actually relaxed for once since landing on this island, before glancing over toward the multi-tailed squirrel...who actually looked better under the waves for some reason. His smirk returned. "Of course," he began in a casual tone of voice, "to initiate any barter, both sides must know what they is bartering for...and something tells me this isn't for cigarettes."

She watched him, not really too impressed with his build, but she made a mental note that he was probably capable of quick strength. His comment elicited a chuckle, and for a moment, she merely grinned silently. "No, not for cigarettes."
There was a brief silence before she continued, "This island is in need of a bit more politics. There needs to be more than just... Labs versus subjects, or pro-lab and anti-lab subjects. Of course, here... The more information one has, the more powerful one becomes. How would you like to continue your sort of business here..."
Giving him a moment to think on this information, she trailed off, watching him closely. "Of course, you'd be working under my direction... To everyone else, however... It would appear to be you as the ...boss so to speak."
"Any questions so far?" Antony murred softly, red eyes intent on his reactions.
