It started when I was 16. You had to REALLY hunt them down, a magazine called Mixxzine,later to become Tokyo Pop, introduced me to it all. Parasyte was my first manga. Now Tokyo Pop published manga! Shows how long ago that was. xd

I was in 8th grade, attended my first Otakon and bought Magic Knight Rayearth 1st season manga. Lantis is sooo cute! heart

I was 9 when I watched anime for the first time but I started collecting manga when I was 10-11, Dragonball, my first manga ^^ I was the only girl in school who liked manga back then xD
Thank you Akira Toriyama for bringing manga into my life ^_^

My first taste of manga began when I was 10 yrs old and I bought a Pokemon manga issue.
My official manga collecting began two years later when I was at an art show and m eyes landed on .//hack: legend of the Twilight.

I started reading in 7th grade, collecting in 8th so I was around 13. My first manga were Naruto vol. 1 & 2. I remember because I was buying CLAMP manga for my friend's birthday.
I don't own that much, maybe around 70 manga. I've read more though thanks to scanlations and the library.

When I was 2... No seriously. My brothers had Doraemon comics so I read those (unlike some people reading Inuyasha and others at 4... stare )
I read whatever's in my age rating. (except for June Pride and Cain Saga... they're too awesome! PS, they're 18+.. I!!! am not 18+... sweatdrop )
Anyways I have so many manga now building up over the years, my mother is threatening to throw them away... I can't fit them in my drawers anymore....
