 "Well I'm glad you're alright!" Kirei-Chi said to the other Ulaya. "I'm Kirei-Chi. Umm... I think for the most part everyone just ended up here as a coincidence." She looked around at the other Ulaya noting all of their agreeing faces. "We're not a pack, although you could be right about this being some pack's territory. Can anyone do a perimieter check for scent markings?"
Ki-Chi looked at the group for one or two volunteers. Would anyone be willing?

Tawny didn't like the additude of the other male Ulaya. Now seeing his red coat. Tawny looked to him. He really wanted to say something about it, but kept quiet and smiled. He wasn't one to start fights. After he said that they were all similarly colored, he looked around.
It was true, though, Tawny was the odd ball. He had little white, and little black. His orange coat stood out very will in this crowd. Tawny turned back at Kirei. " I didnt' smell any Ulaya who marked this land. But, I could use a second opinnion. I'm not that good on sences." He said politely and gave a chuckle.
"I think I'm rather good with children, then with anything." He added out of no where.

Tawny's statement set Kirei-Chi's mind spinning with thought. She looked around the group again, and realized something. These were all different types of Ulaya... there were some that looked like they'd be good hunters, leaders... she herself was more of a gatherer since she didn't like killing creatures, but she did delight in a savory morsel of meat every now and then.
"A pack huh?" Ki-Chi said to herself more than anyone else. "Hey guys, if this area isn't scent marked... maybe we could all stay here together?" She let the thought hang out in the open, letting all the other Ulaya take it in and think about it.

Having the gift of a sharp nose, Glory looked up towards Kirei-Chi as she asked about the scent. He ignored the rude Ulaya and gave thought about whether or not anyone had marked this place as their territory. His nostrils hadn't picked up another Ulaya's scent so perhaps this was just open land that Ulaya with the same color happened to meet at. His navy blue hues looked over to the female with the long strand of red hair and spoke up.
"No, there isn't a scent of another around here. I didn't pick it up," he replied and gave a grin to Tawny. "I respect anyone who can take care of young and have patience."
Glory looked over to to Kirei-Chi with the same grin he had given Tawny. She did have an idea and he wouldn't mind living in a nice pack. It seemed that some positions were already filled and he could take part as a hunter.
"I can help out by being a hunter," the male replied in a friendly tone.

Tawny smiled at the other as he grinned at him. At least there was a few decent males out there. He hadn't met many, but he had met a few. He inclined his head to the male, and said nothing.
He looked around the area. He was glad he was right about no other ulaya being here. He didn't want them to get into a fight with another pack.

 Hatautia, suddenly taken in by all the Ulaya, began to walk toward the group. Every step was a struggle, until she reached her destination.
"Hi, I'm Hatautia. I don't know much about my past so...."
She looked up toward the sky, watching the clouds. She dug her claw in the dirt, making a swirly pattern, and look down toawrd the Ulaya.

"Hello Hatti! Is it alright if I call you that?" She grinned at the other Ulaya.
Relieved to hear that there wasn't another pack in the area, she though she could really start a pack, if eevryone was agreeable.
"I can be a gatherer!" She said excitedly, as she heard Glory state his wish for being a hunter. "Tawny, since you're good with children, why don't you be the Beta?"
She looked around at all of them, hoping her idea wouldn't sound too crazy.

Glory looked over towards Hatautia as she spoke about herself. He suddenly felt sorry for the poor female but didn't show it in case she didn't want anyone to feel sympathetic for her. His navy hues looked up towards the sky as she looked up to see what she was looking at but he soon lost interest. His gaze turned back to the female ulaya with the long strand of hair over her face.
She looked very happy from his point of view and listened in to what she was going to say. Glory allowed himself to grin longer at this idea. They had a gatherer now, a Beta, and a hunter when he included himself. His optics trailed over to Hatautia as he wondered what she would do if she decided upon joining.
"That sounds great but in order to start off a pack, I believe that's what you're doing, then you need to recruit some other Ulayas. I believe a few more will do some good," he advised in a gentle tone.

 Savio listened silently for once as he sniffed around on the ground. He hadn't smelt anything before when he came in and he was pretty sure there was nothing there now. The other's were all concerned with making a pack and it was odd to him that they all seemed to be on board with the idea. Without an alpha how would they ever survive? The plan just seemed unconceivable.
"And who will be the alpha then?" he asked as he raised his head. "A pack doesn't function without a leader."
As sarcastic as he sounded he had made a rather obvious point. No one had yet to sign up for the rather demanding job and he wasn't about to sign up for it either. He was very happy hunting and treasure finding since he understood that his luck like to lead him to such things.
"I'm a fairly good hunter," he added, without the sarcastic undertone. "Luck would have it that I usually know where to find the best meat."

Tawny smiled and looked about, he knew they needed a leader but who. It certainly wasn't going to be him, or Kieri. He looked about a bit more. "How about her?" He nodded towards the red and white female, Hatautia. He had only just met her, as everyone else pretty much. But she was the only one that didn't know what she could do. It only made sence.
He was sure she'd be a good leader in this pack. "Unless of course, Hatautia (Was it?), doesn't want to?" He asked more to the white and red female then to anyone else.
