I'd think anyone who was like that on a 'Chan site would be like that anywhere they went, & they would be behaving badly here & you would kick them out. I haven't noticed anyone suddely acting totally bizarre that I know, or selling all their possessions for 1g each in the Marketplace (another thing someone in SF said was going on although I haven't seen any sign of it. Mind you I bet there would be loads of greedy, callous vultures sitting on that Marketplace pouncing on every such deal the instant it appeared....:X)

It's kinda like gang warfare... on the internet. Not that I'd know as I haven't been in the main forums for ages. I hope they sort it out quick, specially if the pics were anything like that hotlinking one. gonk
Hey, have everyone else's avatars disappeared? Today none of them are loading for me. And also there was a news bulletin but it said I couldn't read it cos I wasn't in the US, Australia or the UK. But I am!

i got on through tektek to be honest... hehehe..this stuff, about the 'chan is good for my english issues essay..althoguh i have to twist it around.. It..teaches people to..not have the same passwords, to be protective.. It's abuse of cyberspace..

The fix link worked for me--I went & got my last hat. smile I wonder if they're working on it or something? They aren't good about announcing such things lately. Unless they say something though, I'm going to assume this is a glitch.

Neither side is in the right in the whole Subeta vs. *chan thing. Gaia is getting caught in the crossfire, unfortunately.
*channers are initiating the attacks, but Keith keeps provoking them, whether it be by posting insults in Subeta's source code or making fake livejournals to mock Anonymous and cause more and more DDoS assaults.
Somehow, the password list got leaked during one attack. *channers used these to gain access to Gaia accounts, causing serious damage. It's destructive armies of trolls versus an irresponsible webmaster who seems to be unable to resist taunting the *channers. It should fade out over time, but until then, the only solution is for Keith to give in and remove Longcat from Subeta.
Again, the only "right" side of this argument is us, the people who are suffering most from the arrogance and ignorance of trolls, whether they be Anonymous or webmasters.

You gotta be crazy, they only sell for like 500gold...ah well, you can hand them out as presents or something for birthdays or whatever you do with 9 hats...
