Actually I'd been thinking more along the lines of John Steed from The Avengers. This would of course require a proper umbrella as well.

BTW--I want not only bowlers but a for REAL looking top hat & an inverness cape! Victorian costuming!! xd
(I did figure out how to fake spats with beat slim shoes & white socks....)
