If that guy can sue a dry-cleaning place $65 000 000 for a pair of pants which were lost but are found, then I can sue the water supply people (whoever they are razz ) twice as much because I burnt my hand while turning on the tap.
Honestly O_o

Ruingaraf Imagine what you could do for falling down the stairs... From klutz to millionare, how to make a fortune after an embarrasing fall: (disclaimer: this pamphlet nor its producers are responsible for any injury sustained while following the steps below) 1.Fall. 2.Sue the maid for not properly drying the stairs after she cleaned them. 3.Sue your land lord for the fact that the risers where to high in porportion to the tread. 4. Sue the fast food companies for making you so fat you can't see your feet. 5. Blame George Bush

Shouyou Kaze Genius! And then we can sue you and your guide! You even told us to in the disclaimer! razz Disclaimer (disclaimer: this pamphlet nor its producers are responsible for any injury sustained while following the steps below) But..but.. it has a disclaimer, you can't sue things that have disclaimers. gonk Seriously, cases like the pants one anger me. They take advantage of the system to sue people for stupid things, and take up time that could be used on more legit cases.

As is you can be sued for contemporary negligence. biggrin If you want not to be sued, change it to: Quote: (disclaimer: Neither this pamphlet nor its producers are responsible for any injury sustained while following the steps illustrated below. The makers of this pamphlet in no way support or encourage the suggested actions as listed. This is merely meant for the purpose of entertainment and is not to be taken literally.) razz

Don't argue with this guy.
He came into school with a legally binding doccument so that we could not legally share a secret he would tell us with anyone else. xd

Eh, what the hell do I care, the kid would kill you before he believed that I'd tell you that. biggrin And yes, I really did create a legally-binding non-disclosure agreement; two pages if I remember correctly.

Slimy Hats Somehow reading this doesn't surprise me, though I am disgusted. It seems he was just overreacting to a simple mistake, and even thought they tried to help fix it, he ignored them and blew it out of proportion. -____- what a moron. Actually, it's people like these who have the mentality and aggressiveness to see an opportunity and snatch it. I think a lot of people would go for 65 million if they were told they could. I mean sure, it's a dumb thing to get that much for, but its better to lose a 1000 dollar pair of pants and get 65 million for it that to lose something much much more loved and expensive.
