Actually, my dangerous eating habits will more likely be the death of me. I eat far too much sugar, far too many fatty foods and drink too much soft drink.
(And I still weigh only 48-ish kilograms!)

I have a scanner...I would scan it but I hate my signature AND my last name so no go.

Blossom: Yes, I think that's the conversion. You US people and your Imperial measurements - everyone should switch to SI and avoid the confusion.
(So says someone who still measures things in inches sometimes and knows her height in Imperial.)

We tried switching. In the 70s. It failed because Americans are stupid and hate change.

So you're just small, then. Well, that does even out, I suppose. I'm about 5'7"-ish, maybe 5'8", so for someone my height, 105lbs is not normal at all.
I don't think Americans are stupid, as such, I think they're just very conservative.
