Degas was already ready to play having his own collection of tokens from the machines from last time. He put a few coins into one of the sides of the machine and stepped up. Humming to himself and going through the list of songs. Degas scrolled down to Tsugaru on Heavy and hit start. 'This is gonna be fun.' He thought to himself as he started dancing.

When the Akarui pair got over to the machine, Anbu just stared at the screen. The object of the game seemed simple enough. But the arrows seemed to move in an almost random fashion. Kyoko, on the other hand, moved her feet a bit as she watched the screen, miming the movements required by the arrows.
"I'll play this game, Mom. It seems simple enough to catch onto." Kyoko just smiled down at Anbu, then went back to watching Degas.

Degas finished his song then hopped off to watch Anbu dance.
"You can play the rest of my game Kyoko" he mumered curious to see how his tormentor could play or as he hoped struggled to play.
"You've never heard of this game before? It's still pretty popular even though it's past it's fad stage. I mean there's nothing really like a DDR game but a DDR game. You should pay more attention to the world's most interesting culture."

Kyoko nodded and dragged Anbu up with her. Anbu just gave Degas a cold look.
"Oh...I shall pay attention." Anbu did NOT like being told what to do. And it certainly did not like being shown up. That was its job when it came to games. Kyoko quickly went looking through the songs, searching for one she wouldn't grow tired of, but would still be a fairly good beginner song. She smiled and hit start.
"Hope you don't mind listening to Butterfly, Degas. And no complaining about inane songs, Anbu." Anbu rolled its eyes and was soon very occupied trying to keep up with the steps.

Degas shrugged. "I like techno music and energetic music." He stood thier watching the pair happy to see that Anbu was not perfect at everything he attempted. "You should play this more Anbu. It's all about practice and getting use to moving very quickly with your own feet."

Kyoko's only sign that she was paying any attention to the two Scents was her occasional glance from the screen to them, then back again. Otherwise...she was obviously involved with the music. Anbu glared at Degas. "I can use my own feet quite well. I just don't always feel like it."

"Doesn't seem like it!" Degas murmured watching in delight at the screen. Payback was a pain and so was he.

The song was over and Anbu was now glaring at Degas fully. "I've never played the game before. It shall take some...getting used to." Kyoko blinked and sighed, noticing the animosity between the two.
"Uhm...why don't we agree to disagree?" Kyoko knew that was unlikely to help...but it was the best she could do....

"Oh! Sure. Let's agree to not agree or um..." Degas's eyes took on a glazed look before he shook it off. "Thinking too hard. Um I think I'm going to head out! I've got a long day tomorrow and frankly I think that Anbu might be getting a little sick of me." He smirked a bit before bowing to Kyoko. "It's been nice meeting you!" He wandered out of the arcade

"Mmkay. I hope to see you again, Degas!" Kyoko waved, while Anbu just stood there, arms crossed sourly.
"I shall get him back." Kyoko blinked, then sighed. Anbu had a look in its eyes, and Kyoko didn't like it one bit.
