Well what can I say, the tropics are pretty much my home. Well if you count living in Hawaii for 9 years, then yeah they are my home. Ah but atlast we are now in SD. Parents job forced us to move. Its not all that bad though, weathers a bit colder, and its hot when the coulds are not out.

Dont talk to me about cold (or hot for that matter). I live in colorado, right on the edges of the desert and the mountains. So in winter we are at least 20 or lower ( god I feel bad for people farther north), and in the summer we are at the 90 - 105 range. Crazy a** Colorado weather.

Sounds fun I mean in the tropic things only stayed around the 80's or rained more often I mean how unvariety the weather was. Gosh, and the wind it actually was moist. Who would want that? Oh and dont get me started on how warm the beaches were with water that was about 75. Why would anyone want to go there?
(if you cannot tell that there is alot of sarcasm in that, then I feel sad for you)

Oh man I want to go snowboarding, heck I think I have never seen snow that I can remember. Oh well going to some of the different islands in Hawaii and hicking around there was pretty nice, or swimming in clear water, well not all of them where clear though.

I have only ever had one snow day - where I live it the snow usually doesnt get any deeper than a foot. But drive an hour up hill ( into the Rockies ) and there is six feet in the winter

yeah - it gives the town a special flavor - a little bit of everything in the region - we have mormons to hippies - gives it a nice rounded flavor
