Maybe a car chase or something, but only as a level, not an added aspect to the game. Technically, there's the Osprey, but you don't get to drive it so I suspect that doesn't count. But other than just the occasional vehicle-based level, I don't think there should be any.

when, in the middle of a mission, would u think to drive a car? i would not, its not ninja-like.
