I know, I know. My friend told me there was a 1 year time skip. It pissed me off so much. This morning though I went to YouTube and watched that part.
It wasn't really special, just Axel at a diner with the kids, holding papers with their names and the last name Thurston, meaning they are Eureka and Renton's kids. They go and look at the moon, hoping they'll come back and the moon has the heart on it, and then you see, not so far away the figures of E and R in a forest, A blue and red blink and then it ends.

Joxcab rekkaryuu Jox, it ain't there. I checked and I couldn't find it. Nothing was under Eukeka Seven. Damn bastards took it out. Man.... do they hate E7 with a passion or something? Why do they keep screwing with us like this? HOLY CRAP YAUL ARE SCREWED lol already saw it... HAPPY DANCE TIME *does teh happy dance* *Hits Jox with a flyswater*You make fun of us,Kayako will go after you with a bazooka.DAMN!i woke up 3 in the morning cause i missed the 12 showing.when the show ended with "1 FRICKIN YEAR LATER" i was like "holy crap,these people are bastards!" then i proceeded to kick the tv without sense (and shoes) and it hurty real baddy.If AS doesn't have E7 next week,let them @$$h0135 be brought down by Kayako! Time constraints...pshhh....dude,they could cut out the commercials!(no one wants to see ,"Oh,look at me,i went on nutrisystem and now i'm a skinny b***h".

You gotta give CN mad props for even showing Eureka Seven (probably the best anime evar) but since they eff'd up the ending I am taking half of the aforementioned props back and giving them to Nanashi for their kickass subs (that I had to wait months for inbetween each episode near the end of the series).

Well, to tell ya the truth...this sorta shold have been expected...usually, the english version of most anime are always f'ed up.
But I didn't think it would have been this f'ed up....I saw the japanese version of epis. 50 before I saw the english one last night....and yeah, they cut out a lot of s**t.....

Kayako 99 WARNING: ENDING EPISODE SPOILERS. What the....I HATE YOU ADULT SWIM!!!! scream
Guys....they cut out the end!!! AND the beginning!!!
They cut the beginning where Eureka has a monologue about how she wants to be with Renton and the kids, ans wishes she could. They show her in the center of the scab coral, it's beautiful.....
They cut out the part at the end of the last episode where Maurice, Maeter and Linc are with Axel Thurston at a diner eating. They must've gone to live with him....
They go to see the moon and there's a heart on the moon that I think says "Renton and Eureka". And then the scene changes to show Eureka Renton in the forest together after Axel says "Hurry up and come home"....
I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CUT IT!!!!
They showed on the friday night Fix version...you guys need to watch the DVDs, because that's the scene that ties it all together!!! gonk

Did everyone ignore my post or something? I don't think AS did to spite us. They're resticted by something called TIME CONSTRAINTS!!!!
They only have a certain amount of time to show a whole episode. If you've noticed, a typical running of E7 goes from 1am exactly to a just before 1:30, or whatever time it airs in your area. They're already crunched as it is it seems by how they cut up the beginning and ending credits and that just wasn't enough for last nights episode, and there is only one time they show commericials during the show. They have to have commercials because how else are they going to get the funding to run their program?
I'll say it again, they probably would not have done it if they could have helped it. They were restricted to a certain amount of time to show it and they HAD to make some cuts. Quit whining about it, it seems that someone's already found a way for you all to watch the parts that were cut out. And besides... it's not the end of the world. And Rekka, it WAS their figures. You see them behind the lights, and the light are from those jewely-things on their foreheads. razz

They have to have commercials because how else are they going to get the funding to run their program? then explain to me why they leave SIX FRIKKIN MINUTES AFTER THE END OF THE SHOW!! gonk That doesnt seem like time restrictions there...the average commercial break (or at least what its supposed to be) is around 2-3 minutes. 6 minutes seems a tad extreme dont you think?
