My friend and I were just discussing that last week! Then we discussed other characters that didn't either, but I think that they've all been named.
Oh, and Varian_duFey, somehow, that's true!

Not quite, L has eyebrows. It's just thin, and they don't draw it certain pictures.. See. 4laugh

Yup, he has eyebrows that go out for dinner a lot so you never see them.
.....or maybe the artist is lazy and didn't bother with drawing them 24/7
