Well, to start right off, the scarf doesn't match anything but the shoes and you really don't notice those so it doesn't matter.
The Angelbow is totally out of place as well as the Staff of the Angels.
They would go well if you changed the scarf, shoes, shades, and Solar Headdress. Randomly adding that tad of yellow really can screw things up, and indeed, it has done so to your avatar.
So I would go with one of two choices:
1] Remove the shoes, shades, and scarf and replace them with items of white or something similar.
This produces somewhat of a Black&White look~
2] Remove the staff, headdress, and angelbow and replace the white clothing with the red version of the same clothing.
This produces the Black&Red version.
Overall, 4.7/10

It's cute at first glance~ Indeed, a Kiki Kitty would work quite a bit better.
You have done a good job matching the blues and pinks together to create an even feel of the avatar, so I really don't have many complaints.
I do though suggest a few changes:
The shoes, they don't really...fit in a matter of speaking~ I dunno why, they just don't. I can't tell you what to replace them with though, so keeping them wouldn't be too bad~
The leg warmers are nice, but the transaction from the dress to the leg warmers is off. They are both poofy-looking, therefore, the eyes just follow the line straight down and the legs look weird.
Try simple white stockings and see what you think.
Other then that, it's pretty good.
Overall, 6.6/10

You may like the colors, but have you looked at the other colors you have put them with and how the items are arranged?
I guess I will start with the head and work my way down:
To start off, the bunny ears don't match a thing, they have to go!
Next, yes, the hat does go with the shoes as a set, but don't put them with red and gold colors~
The visor matches the skirt, but nothing else.
The shirt is in it's own class by itself, completly out there.
I dunno where you are going whith the whip...so....yeah~
The most matching I see is only the gloves, stockings, and hair...which you can't even see much of to tell you the truth.
Oh, and either change the entire outfit or change the eyes, because they do not go together.
Some advise:
Don't double hats. It is a combination that only works with a select few hats on Gaia, and let me tell you, the ones on your avi arn't right for eachother.
Use the shirt with caution. It isn't like the slim fitting shirts that Gaia provides, it is more loose and bulkier. Put is with pants instead of a skirt. Use a skirt for a more tight top.
The whip also needs to be used with some caution, as well as it's positioning. I'm really glad you didn't wrap it around your avi.
Put it with different items, not those ones.
Overall, sadly, 1/10

First off, your avatar looks great. Everything matches and there is a consistant, well-balanced theme. I normally, would suggest more orange to give a more even spread of colours, but in your case I think that more orange would mess it up. Im not a fan of the top hat though, but it looks okay on your avatar.
I give you an 8/10

I really like how you use the Blue&White colors well throughout your avatar.
I like the choice of items, but I do see one thing~
The area around the head is a bit cluttered with the eagle and the hair. I mean, you could keep it as is and that would be fine, but to me, it just looks like a bit much. It overpowers the bottom of the avatar, although the Baby Seal Slippers are evening it out a bit.
Overall, 7.4/10
