This is not txt talk. It is Tagalog, one of the official languages of the Philippines. It may be bad Tagalog, but the fact of the matter is, it is not txt talk.
I just thought, I'd make that big and bold so that we're clear on this...

It is either some messed up form of txt talk that even most txt talkers' can't understand or it is a different language.
