I think Jack is a great character because he's something that's never really been done before and is really unique, but he's definitely not my favorite. wink I voted for Davy, although I do like Barbossa a lot too.

I cuncur that Jack is way overrated. Will needs more credit. Will=hero. Jack just got a few better lines.

2. Admiral Norrington
3. Tia Dalma
4. Cap'n Barbossa

I love Barbossa in the third movie! He may not be as HOT as Captain Jack but he makes up for it with his awesome evilness! I personaly think that Tia Dalma has been with every pirate out there on the seven seas! I mean come on if you were a lonely goddess you would be doing the same thing ((or is that just me stare ))! Barbossa is my favorite character then Jack Sparrow, and then monkey Jack.

Barbossa and Davy Jones are my favourite characters even before Jack Sparrow, but that's not to say I don't love him too. blaugh It's hard to pick favourites with such a terrific cast. 3nodding
