~Skrayper smiled and knelt down in front of Poppy. "We'll do everything we can to help your Aunt Ritanya, ok? We need you, and your gift Poppy..." He reached up and played with her hair just a little. She made him think of his own daughter.~

She shrugs away from Skrayper's hand, currently not liking to be treated like a child, as she's rather confused.
"Gift? What? Tight rope walking? That's not a gift. I don't have gifts. I just have skills! I worked hard for my skills!"
She hugged her cabbit, who could only rub up against her chin lovingly.

~Skrayper looked up at Lyse, a bit worried. Didn't she say Poppy had a gift? He stood up, and began to pace a bit, his hand tapping the handle of his blade.~

Kneeling down to the level of the she-coon, though still unable to focus her gaze upon her eyes, Krystic smiles comfortingly to her.
"A gift is something hidden deep inside of you. Sometimes, you don't even know that you have it. When the time comes, that gift will proove itself to be more useful than you can ever imagine. What we know for sure, that you have the gift, and it will show itself to you when help your auntie. Ok?"

Poppy looked at Krystic as she talked to her. She nodded as she listened..."You sure?"....she blinked for a moment...."You're blind, aren't you. I heard blind people can see things others can't"...and that was probably reason enough for the she-coon to believe whatever Krystic was trying to tell her.

Ritanya began to slowly float towards the Inn, leaving a trail of distorted and broken land and plants behind her. The ground seemed to warp into a nightmarish creation of the subconcious of a malevolent goddess. Her trek towards the Inn was slow and methodical...

Poppy looks at Lyse...and nods. She couldn't remember whatever she was talking about, other than people telling her what happened. Though, she didn't like what was going on, and it made her a bit nervous...but she would put that aside if she had to.

Krystic smiled towards the young coon's innocense...only until she felt an unease in the back of her mind. She stood up, her runes glowing brightly again upon her skin..."Something's....not right"
She gazes out towards the direction of where the disturbance was coming from.

~Skrayper turned towards where Krystic was looking. He felt something too, but his senses were no where near as keen as Krystic's... especially when it came to anything with the land. "What is it?" he asked, reaching back towards his blade.~

Ritanya approached the building, her eyes devoid of substance as she gazed at it. Her voice held an otherworldly edge to it.
Come to say, come to stay... come out and play? she said with a smirk upon her face. Her power rippled outward from her, slamming into the ground underneath the Inn, causing it to shake.

"The Land....it's...not right. It's sick....it's making me....feel sick..."
The runes grew brighter as she tried to pull her senses away from the area, that seemed to be making it's way to the Lunar Hope.
"It's...an unnatural change."
She takes a seat, as she tries to collect her wits.
