Physical Description: Tall for most of the women in her clan, Hebiza is certainly one of the most regal of the Dokuga. Standing as tall as most of the men, and her pureblooded characteristics are more pronounced that others. With snake eyes and a pointed tongue; she was given the name Hebiza at birth in respect of their ancestors. Her hair is a dark forest green which is least common these days, and her skin pale like the underbelly of a snake.
Clothing: Hebiza usually wears dark greens with small touches of yellow; and prefers leathers to the typical cloth uniforms of the village. She wears long lose pants and a tight fitting tunic.
Background: Hebiza is the eldest of five daughters to the Head of the Clan, and is in line to take Leadership of the Dokuga when their Honorable Father passes. Because of this she has placed herself time and time again into leadership roles by showing cunning and initiative. While her appearance is a little unnerving most are impressed by her tenaciousness. Surely she will continue to lead the clan in success, as her future is laid out before her. Hebiza has shown no interest in deviating from the path that was chosen for her; duty and honor being what is most important to her.

Hair: Her hair appears to be silver at first glance, but upon study proves to be an extreme shade of platinum blonde. It falls in gentle waves to her breasts. She normally wears it in a high ponytail; though, she has been known to leave it down.
Eyes: Her eyes are almond shaped with long sweeping lashes. The color blue precisely matches the waters around Kirigakure on normal occasions. However, when she is feeling highly emotional, her eyes darken to an almost navy color.
Physical Description: The first thing that most people notice about Reiko is the air of serenity that surrounds her at all times. She has a grace that belies words, something gained from years and years of training under the deadliest of circumstances. In addition, her small frame and soft beauty give her an air of fragility. Her skin tone is normal, seemingly made paler by the extreme light color of her hair. She is fit with a toned, athletic body. Her breasts are an average size C-cup.
Clothing: She prefers long robes that – while fitting snugly to her body – allow her freedom of movement to fight. The sleeves are sweeping bell-shaped and made to hide whatever she wishes. The colors are various shades of blue, enhancing her eyes and hair to their fullest potential. She – like some other members of her family – mostly prefer going barefoot whenever possible. If necessary, she wears a simple sandal.
Background: Reiko is a member of the Itou Clan. She has seven brothers and four sisters. The Itou Clan specializes in spies and assassins, using their large numbers for information gathering. There is an unwritten rule that no Itou work against another Itou. So the result is that those looking for help had better contact the Clan before their opponent does. The family is extremely close and any harm done to a member will result in the entire Clan hunting your head. And there is no hiding from the Itou Clan for long. It is usually considered unwise to cross them. There was a rumor circulating that the Itou knew of the advisor’s identities and intentions but due to an offensive remark made by one of the involved Clans, the Itou refused to warn them. The Itou have declined to comment about this particular rumor. They have several bases of operation, including in Takigakure before it was wiped out. The Itou Clan has one mortal enemy: The Shade Clan. They are political and social rivals. The Clan members hate each other and will usually go to great lengths to avoid each other if peace is absolutely necessary. Reiko is the youngest child of Itou Kana and Jin. She has six brothers and five sisters. She is the only one left of the first generation of children that hasn’t married.

Reiko entered the Kirigakure Academy at the young age of eight, dreaming of becoming a hunter-nin. She was an average student. Neither excellent nor a failure, she finished her school in the advised four years at the age of twelve. Having obtained the rank of genin, she was soon assigned to a cell with a jounin sensei. Her teammates were two boys, both around her age, which she had befriended in the Academy. Excited to begin their training, the three students finally met their sensei. And they were doomed to be disappointed. This jounin was lazy in the most negative sense of the word. Lazy to the point of negligent. He thought the idea of teaching a team of children was abhorrent and had only agreed to do this because the Mizukage had ordered him to help. They had been short on available jounin teachers, and he was the only option. The three students given to him had been deemed safe to assign to him since all of them were only average in their Academy scores. Reiko’s dreams of training to be great shinobi were quickly squashed by the lackadaisical attitude of her sensei. He only occasionally remembered to get them missions and never bothered to train them himself. He was far too busy to supervise anything that they might have attempted on their own. Together, the three children began to train by themselves. They improved but only after much trial and effort, pain and tears.

At the one year mark shortly before Reiko’s thirteenth birthday, the jounin are required to submit a report on their charges progress. With this realization, the man finally checks in on his charges. He sees their relative lack of progress compared to the other cells and grows incredibly angry. He yells at them for not working hard enough in his ‘temporary absence’. Panicking, the jounin decides to take them on a higher level mission without informing anyone. He tells them that it will make up for the lost time that they have wasted. Almost pathetically eager to get some real training in, the three don’t question him when he leads them out to track down the hideout of some particularly nasty pirates. These pirates have been harassing the villagers up and down the east coast of Kirigakure. Regardless of his rank, the jounin is rusty and out of practice. While scoping out the caves believed to belong to the pirates, he is caught and slain immediately. The pirates spread out in an attempt to find any allies he might have had. Despite their best efforts, the three genins are captured. Instead of killing them outright, the pirates decide to take them deep into the caves and have a little fun. Reiko is almost immediately raped repeatedly by the several pirates holing up in the caves. This becomes a routine part of her day as the men use her as their sex toy. The pirates also subject them to psychological torture. The pirates’ favorite torture game was to withhold all but enough food for one person. The men would force the children to fight each other for the privilege of eating for the day. At first the children refused. But as the days wore into weeks and then months, they lost all sense of comradeship. They vied with each other for the pirates’ favor. Eventually, the pirates grew bored of their game. They ordered that this time, the fights would be to the death. Beyond the point of caring, the three tore into each other, inflicting vicious wounds. Reiko emerged the victor only to have her reward be an especially brutal rape and the promise of her throat slit in the morning. Driven to the brink of madness by her own actions, Reiko goes into a frenzy. She kills two of the pirates and escapes. The villagers – who had been frantically looking for the four of them since their disappearance some months before – found her sitting on the beach. She was rocking back and forth with her arms wrapped tight around her knees, sobbing and singing quietly to herself.

Reiko was taken back into the loving arms of her village and family. After a while, she recovers though she is a bit put off by men between the ages of thirty and fifty. One thing that sticks with her is her absolute insistence that she have no teammates. Having killed her previous ones, she is unable to accept any others. Instead of the usual three-man team, she is given a special jounin tutor – decided to be a woman for Reiko’s sake. She trains rigorously every day with her sensei. Reiko advances in leaps and bounds, surpassing most of her former classmates. Soon after she turns fourteen, she decides to enter the chuunin exams. She passes with flying colors on her first attempt. Continuing to train with her sensei and even lead a few minor missions herself, Reiko progresses smoothly. Now considered advanced enough, Reiko and her sensei are sent out on many high level missions – most involving spy work in other villages. At the age of sixteen, she becomes a jounin. Nothing much changes. She takes her rotation as Academy teacher every now and then. But mostly, she continues her spy work.

At the age of nineteen, Reiko finally achieves her lifelong dream of becoming a hunter-nin. She has been used to traveling a lot, so not much changes. She is rarely seen in the village any longer as she spends most of her time hunting down Kirigakure’s various missing-nin. The attention of the Mizukage is caught. He decides that she would be his own personal shinobi. Her work is then often interrupted by his private missions. At the age of twenty-one, Reiko meets Pandora for the first time. The two instantly dislike each other, being from rival Clans. They are polite in front of the Mizukage as Pandora seems to have some kind of connection with him and is often in his office. The ill-will that they feel doesn’t much come into play since Reiko is most often not in the village. When Reiko is twenty-three, Pandora becomes Mizukage under very mysterious circumstances. Reiko rushes home only to be told that she will become Pandora’s personal lap dog. Sure that Pandora is forcing her to do her bidding out of spite, Reiko’s dislike for the younger girl intensifies. She spends a lot of time with Pandora for many months. The girls’ dislike tempers into a mild distaste. They still do not like each other. But they do respect each other. Soon after reaching this much needed peace, Pandora disappears. No one is more surprised than Reiko herself when in the letter she left behind, Pandora names Reiko to act as Mizukage until she returns. She also states in a personal letter to Reiko not to get too comfortable, that the position is only temporary and that Pandora intends to have it back. Reiko quite literally counted the days, hoping for Pandora's swift return. She didn't like being The One In Charge. It made her uncomfortable. She'd much rather be the power behind the scenes, if power she must have. It was with great relief that she turned the position of Mizukage over to Kawanami Seiko, a fellow hunter-nin. She most definitely supports his rule and does her best to help him along the way.
Personality: Having been severely scarred by her time with the pirates, Reiko tends to keep her own council. She doesn’t reveal her innermost feelings to anyone. Her emotions are very controlled. She never panics and rarely has occasion to raise her voice. A generally pleasant person is what most people see on the outside. But on the inside, Reiko is forever trying to atone for her past mistakes. She holds herself solely accountable for her teammates’ deaths. She views herself as something that has been tarnished. She tends to have a very practical view about things and can be very stubborn when she makes her mind up. She is generally friendly but is cautious about letting people too close.

Ninjutsu-

Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bushin.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)
This jutsu is where one uses a cloak or a piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, interpreting oneself invisible.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this jutsu.

Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique)
This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within it to lose the advantage of sight.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Fukumikuchi Hari (Hidden Mouth Needles)
The user is able to summon forth needles into the mouth and then spit them out at their opponent with precise accuracy.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Doppelganger Technique)
Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. These clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-third of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user.
Cp cost: 4 per bushin.
Damage: Bushin deal 1/3 of your normal damage.

Suirō no Jutsu
A move used to trap the victim inside a virtually inescapable prison of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the water sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This Jutsu cannot be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

Dokugiri (Poison Mist)
The user breathes out a toxic gas from their body that can also be used as a handy smokescreen.

Sensatsu Suisho (A Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death)
This jutsu freezes water into the shape of sharp needles, which then home in on the opponent from all directions. To perform this Jutsu, the user must be near a body of water.

Damage: 4 - 8 per needle.

Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)
A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water, usually in the form of a dragon, sent towards the target.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.

Suiton: Bakusui Shoha (Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave)
One can literally create water out of nothing. Kisame was able to cover a significant portion of desert while engaging Gai and his subordinates.

A strong jet stream of water is blasted out of the user's mouth.

Genjutsu-

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)
Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will use the rat hand seal that causes an imaginary circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.
Cp cost: 10
Will Save: 10 + character level + charisma mod.

Suzu Senbon no Genkaku (Illusion Bell Needles)
Technique which uses special bells attached to throwing needles. The bells ring at a certain frequency and the sound directly affects the brain. This is able to disorient the opponent and create various illusions (has a random D-Rank Genjutsu effect).
Cp cost: 4 per minute the jutsu is hold.
Will Save: 10 + character level + charisma mod.

Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique)
Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu is a rather sophisticated Genjutsu which changes the appearance of a nearby object or climate.

Kokuangyo no Jutsu (Bringer-of-Darkness Technique)
Forming the tiger hand seal, this powerful Genjutsu creates an ambience of complete darkness around the surrounding background, enabling the user to attack without being seen.

Nehan Shoja no Jutsu (Temple of Nirvana Technique)
This technique is an encantation spell that allows the caster to place a large body of people into an intense and unconscious state. The spell, however, can be avoided by forming the tiger hand seal and using the dispel skill, dispersing it away.

Goken (Strong Fist)
Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage.

Physical Description: Haruko's body type is slim and athletic. His muscles are not overly obvious but nicely toned. His skin is a normal ivory color and perfectly smooth and unblemished. His face is typical of his pretty boy appearance. It is delicate to the point of being almost beautiful with thick, dark lashes and bright green eyes. His hair frames his face perfectly and is a slightly darker blonde. His overall appearance makes some dismiss him as weak or too feminine, but he is quite strong and loves to show off his six pack for the ladies.

Haruko’s family resides in Kirigakure, though he can often be seen with his cousins in Amegakure and Kumogakure. He is the oldest of four children. He has three younger brothers. His parents are Itou Cho (mother) and Itou Goro (father). It was actually his mother that was born an Itou. When they married, Goro agreed to take the family name. No Itou would ever consider changing their name, even if they were born female. He entered the Academy at eleven and passed both with flying colors and fairly quickly. He became a ninja to better protect his cousins and the rest of his family. He also intends for the three of them to spend more time together practicing their shinobi skills. Not to mention that the was a good place to meet girls.
Personality: Haruko is a playboy, plain and simple. He’s extremely flirtatious with every girl he meets. He’s full of mischief and loves planning escapades with Yori. He’s a little old fashioned in his treatment of females. He thinks they should be respected and protected. He’s very confident in his abilities. He’s not obnoxious about it, but he knows exactly what he can do and what he’ll one day be able to do. He’s a little lazy but gets his work done. Not that he’s going to do any extra. He’s very loyal and protective of his family, but makes special consideration for his girl cousins. He’s loyal to his friends and is a real social butterfly.
Other: Yori and Sumire are his favorite cousins because of all the mischief they can get into together. Also, his nickname is Haru.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.

Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death)

Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then reappear from above the tree and quickly kill the opponent, preferably with a kunai.

Hair: Agito's has long silk white hair that passes his chin by 2 inch's on the left side of his face covering it completely w/black Highlights coming down left side 3 thick strands but people will make him stand out in a crowed of people on the right side of his face his hair comes down past his chin 2 inches like the other side but does not cover his eye only a small part of hair is used. Agito enjoys taking care of his hair for it is very important to him but he don't worry about it messing like many other people.

Physical Description: Shou is seen with small amounts of Muscles but very defined in his arms, legs, and torso from all the fights with his big brother Agito they both enjoy calastetics training, His skin has a dark tan to it from being outside play fighting, Shou’s body is very toned and durable from all of his Taijutsu training with his older brother he also has lots of scars and bruises on his arms and legs that’s why he is always seen with hand wraps and long pants on , On his spare time Shou goes deep into the woods alone and meditated under a hidden waterfall, he also Practices his kicks and punches on tall Oak trees, he also practices his acrobatics.

Clothing: Long black pants with long sleeve black shirt and white arm wraps, Black shoe's and one pair of nunchaku, Shou use's leg weights with special seal on them written in Korean to increase his speed when removed and move with 10 times his original speed, Shou can sometimes be seen with a black ninja mask the covers from his nose down it has a special ventilation to prevent inhalation of toxic gasses he only wears it on special missions. Shou also wears one small loop earring in his left ear it magnifies sounds so he can hear everything around him.

Background: Shou grew up as an outcast he never really talked to anyone just his older brother Agito, its mostly because of his acute awareness of things and his ability to learn Taijutsu techniques fast, he also had a strange sensation to train hard all the time until he couldn’t even move, he was always trying to be like his brother Agito also he plays chess very well he always played with his brother but was never able to beat him. As he grew up with his older brother, his mother and father, and also his little sister, they were a very happy family, One winter day Shou and his brother Agito were coming home from a long day of training and they heard screams coming from their home, they both took off running as fast as we could to get home. As Shou and Agito quickly opened the door to their home, with his older brother right behind him they quickly noticed blood all over the floor of the entrance, leading upstairs. "Shous eyes were filled with pain and rage."
All of a sudden all they can hear is the agonizing screams of the men and women who not to long ago massacred their parents, they arrived in time to witness a battle involving their little sister, Shou’s older brother then kicked him and snaped him out of his trance and moved him into the battle, Shou ran with a burst of rage at the Shinobi kneeing him in the chest while grabbing him by the neck forceing his knee harder into the shinobi’s thorax breaking his chest bones and landing a horrific elbow to the enemy's head sending the Shinobi's head to the floor hearing the floor break and the blood splatter, Agito then ran with speed grabbing his sister by the stomach and jumping out the window to the floor. After his bro took his sis to safety Shou rushed the shinobi and grabbed him by the neck picked him up and slammed him into the wall leaving a massive craterin the wall blinded by rage he ignores everything else in the room and holds the shinobi up by his neck and taking all the blows to the chest and head the the shinobi is throwing while being held up and finally the shinobi stabed him in the shoulder with a Kuni and released his grip and then lied a series of punches and kicks laying a devastating blow to his stomach Shou then coughs up a puddle of blood and falls to his knees, the masked shinobi then kicks Shou in the thought lifting him in the air shooting blood out of his mouth as he flys upward the shinobi lays a brutal spinning heal kick to Shou’s neck slamming him into the wall face first and before Shou can fall the the groung the shinobi grabbed him and put him in a choke hold, by the time Agito ran up the wall his brother was being held by the Shinobi being choked to death, Agito threw 2 pepper bombs at Shou so that him and the Shinobi were choking and couldn’t see, Agito pushed Shou out of the way and delivered a devastating heal kick to his enemy's chin shattering his jaw bone sending him to the corner of the room wall leaving a small crack in it. Shou then passed out due to the loss of too much blood, Shou then awakened after the battle to his brother picking him up, as Agito picked Shou off the floor the police and Miyuki his sister came up the stairs and Shou then saw all of the enemies on the floor and one on the wall he then looked at his brother and then looked down at the ground thinking to himself why was I too weak to do anything I couldn’t even help……..im useless. As Miyuki stepped in the room she screamed in fear of the dead mans body stuck on the wall. She ran to her bothers holding them tight telling them their parents were dead, Agito told Miyuki to take care of Shou so he could talk to the police. As the police came appearing from all corners Agito told them the Shinobi was dead and that he killed him for his fathers and mothers sake and to protect his last 2 family members. Agito, Shou and Miyuki moved in with some fellow family relatives for the time being till Agito was accepted into the academy. And shortly after so was Shou and he vowed to never fail his loved ones again

Physical Description: Normal height compared to other kids, quite skinny with lean strips of muscle. His skin is quite pale due to Kirigakure not getting a whole lot of sun from the constant fog and cloudy weather. He has some fatigue marks under his eyes as well as dark circles. His teeth are perfectly aligned. His lips are somewhat thin.
Clothing: Black shinobi shoes, white wraps around feet up to his knees, black long shorts, black fishnet shirt, a dark blue gi over the fishnet, wears white wraps around his neck and shoulder area.
Background: Kakuzen is born in a religious fundamentalist family. His Father is a priest and his Mother is a missionary. When he was born, is future was already decided by his parents to be a priest like his father and to go and spread his religion to other countries. Young Kakuzen didn’t like this idea when he grew seven years old and discovered the shinobi life style after a walk by the academy. His parents spited his fascination with kunais and scrolls and turned more of his attention to books and hymns, he hated this destiny. When he grew 10 years old, he defiantly protests his parents choice of him being a priest and wanted to be a shinobi of the mist. He was easily overpowered in the argument and was punished for talking against his parents. Kakuzen pondered in his room, cursing religions and his obsessed parents, his beliefs were being raptured at this point and dwindling to asunder after finding so many holes in the texts and teachings that it was all hypocrisy and ways to gauge money from the community and eventually questioning the existence of Gods. He devised a plan, a plan to grasp destiny with his own will. He wrecks his house, destroying lamps, windows, and anything breakable, his parents come home and are shocked. Kakuzen watches them with crossed arms, his parents grew angry and thought if Kakuzen wanted to go so bad and learn what it is to be a REAL ninja, then so be it. He was registered for the academy, and he was never expected back, especially he also had bad mouthed the gods and religious community.
Personality: He has a gothic nature and is not afraid to say whatever is in his head unless pushed to do so, he remains a quiet kid until he feels comfortable with his social surroundings. At times he likes to fight, all depends on his mood. Despite his anti-social appearance he is quite friendly and likeable. He likes weird things, like shrunken heads or powdered bats. He likes all kinds of food, mainly ramen and rice with chicken, he loves chicken, he also likes broccoli too. He reads mainly of anything that has to do with science and anatomy of beings. His dream is to be in the ANBU elite, and to use a sword.

Background: The Takamuras are rather timid people, ones who run when the fighting starts. This is a result of or this is the cause of why few attend the academy and none have passed so far. Shin hopes to break such a bad habit and make his family name known. He comes that by becoming a strong shinobi his clan will no longer be called the Timid Takamuras but rather the Teriffying Takamuras. As his clan does not fight and he is the first to really attempt to become a ninja, they are no family techniques to be passed on. Any jutsu that may be associated with his clan would have to created by him or his descendants.
Personality: Shin is a rather straight forward individual, one who does not beat around the bush but comes to conclusion quickly and sticks to them. He is fierce in combat with a almost self-sacrificial spirit, one that yearns to break free of the shame associated with his family name. Background: descended from the great demon of the sea, the Isonade, the Hoshigaki clan have always been extremely powerful and have been dedicated to power. Although his family was banished from Kirigakure roughly 600 years ago, His grandparents and his parents were given a pardon and were back into the hidden mist. Since then they have become dedicated to the cause of the village, as long as it implied murder and leaving a trail of carnage. But deep down the only real allegiance they had was to their love of death and riches. So when the fall of Kirigakure came, they were one of the first to switch sides.
Personality: Like any good shark, Samegoroshi is ruthless, bloodthirsty, self centered, and usually blunt as a club. He also shares some of the good human characteristics like being sardonic, rude, and all those other delightful qualities you might see in a psychopath.

Physical Description: Mid-height, taut body with a fit form, slightly muscular and thin. He has broad shoulders, and long legs. He may not be strong, but he definitely looks of it.
Clothing: He wears a standard ANBU uniform, black in color, with dark pants and a black tunic, with a steel grey vest and gloves with metal plates on the knuckles. He wears a katana across his back diagonally, with the hilt on his right side. His mask looks like that of a tiger.
Background: Miyuko had been born in the mist village, to a humble family in the city itself, and was raised in a happy lifestyle. However, that all changed when his parents were forced from their homes by some enemies they had made, and they fled to the mainland, never to be heard from in those parts again. Miyuko then decided that he had to take action, and it was at that moment that he decided to become a shinobi. Passing the gruesome and brutal academy exam, he made his way up the ranks, until he reached the rank of ANBU. Under the mizukage, he enjoyed his life, performing various tasks and missions, even putting his life on the line... he felt that every time he succeeded, he was only further proving himself... though he had not figured out who he was aiming this glory towards. Once the Water Master came to power, everything changed. The master was rigid, cruel, and cold, exactly the kind of woman that the village did NOT need. She immediately took over, killing or imprisoning nearly everyone who she came in contact with, or those who disobeyed her. And all that Miyuko could do is obey... and he does.
Personality: Very obedient, but not very motivated. He has a neutral disposition, as if he cannot pick a side in all that he does. He is an outgoing person for the most part, taking part in conversations, but once it is time to be serious, he tones down, and stays almost completely silent, focusing on the matter at hand. All in all, an easy person to get along with, unless one has a strong preference for choices.
Other: Once one gains Miyuko's trust, they can really give themselves a pat on the back, for there are rocks who are more open about themselves than him. He may be outgoing, but he keeps the topic of the conversation as far away from himself as possible.

Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Requirements: Must have something to replace with.
Training days: Academy time.
Special: Add chakra mod to dodge bonus. You cannot use this while in a defensive position.
Very Special: This jutsu is currently being hotly debated on and may change.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Training days: 3 days.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Doppelganger Technique)
Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger) than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Doppelganger Technique), these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-tenth of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user. That is the technique's weakness. This is considered to be the Water Style equivalent to the Leaf Village's "Kage Bushin No Jutsu" (Shadow Doppelganger Technique) mainly because it divides up the user's attention and chakra to an extent.
Cp cost: 4 per bushin.
Damage: Bushin deal 1/3 of your normal damage.
Requeriments: Water Affinity.
Training days: 3 days.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Kansei: Mizu no Kyuutai (Trap: Orb of Water)- The victim of watery traps has an unkind fate to come to. Water spreads up around the poor soul and they begin to drown. The lucky can break loose, but then they still have to face the caster of the jutsu.

Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)
A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water, usually in the form of a dragon, sent towards the target.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.

Suiton: Bakusui Shoha (Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave)

Physical Description: Shinratsu has long, spiky hair, neatly tied into a low ponytail (like Itachi’s). He also has long bangs that mostly fall on his forehead and sidebangs that reaches past his chin (like Jiraiya’s and the Yondaime Hokage’s) framing his face. Since Shinratsu dresses in the traditional Fubuki style (which is very similar to the Hyuuga style of dress in terms of long sleeved, flowing clothes), he gets mistaken for a woman quite often, much to his dismay. Like all members of his clan, Shinratsu’s skin is quite pale but not a deathly pallor like Orochimaru’s (more close to an Uchiha’s or a Hyuuga’s paleness).
Clothing: Quite oriental style of dress. He wears something close to a samurai’s traditional style of dress wearing a white kimono top with a short-sleeved, dark blue oriental jacket above, with flowing white kimono pants (think of the young Akira from Samurai Deeper Kyo). His long sleeves usually keep the black, metal bracelet-like chakra-repressing glove that curls around his left arm and extends to his palm from sight. Most people won’t recognize it but this special glove was a Fubuki protection method to prevent younger clansmembers from getting injured by the clan’s unusual but dangerous ice chakra. A pouch which would hold shuriken and kunai knives is attached to a black belt that wraps at his waist. (The pouch is large enough to hold the sealed Fubuki scrolls he inherited from his mother as they’re all quite small.) Shinratsu wears black boots instead of the traditional shinobi sandals.

Background: Sick and tired of the Water Master Mistress’s mistreatment, the main family took their young son Shinratsu and as many clansmembers from the Fubuki family as they could and attempted to escape the village. Unfortunately, their plan was discovered and as the clan tried to escape, Shinratsu’s father was murdered in front of his watching clan in the hopes of discouraging them. However, instead of swearing loyalty to Mistress, the clansmembers chose to fight to the death. Their combined bloodlimit techniques turned the battleground into a tundra world; killing many of the enemies by freezing them over. However, many died due to the side effects of their bloodlimit (being the very blood in their veins froze over due to overuse of ice based techniques, resulting in a VERY painful death). In the distraction, Shinratsu’s mother was able to escape with her son but she later died of frostbite (because she shielded Shinratsu from direct contact with the clansmembers’ assault) in a nearby town. Later, Shinratsu used the little bit of money his mother left behind and traveled in a caravan to Iwa, where the young head would remain for quite some time.
Personality: Due to the tragic history of his clan, Shinratsu is cold and emotionally distant, preferring to keep others away from him. It wasn’t exactly that Shinratsu didn’t want friends; a part of him simply feared that one day they would be torn away from him, as his parents and clan were. While he spends most of his time training and studying, at his leisure Shinratsu would calmly meditate for hours, to put his turbulent mind to peace. Partly due to the fact that he doesn’t share his feelings with others, at certain times Shinratsu can be especially cruel and lash out at the simplest things that he finds pointless or annoying. If you don’t have any business with him or the other way around, it’s best if you don’t talk to Shin.
Other: Shinratsu does not share his specific likes or dislikes with others. He would eat what’s available, use what’s available, with the argument that during long, dangerous missions, shinobi does not have a choice over what they want to eat or what comforts they would want.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Special: Add chakra mod to dodge bonus. You cannot use this while in a defensive position.
Very Special: This jutsu is currently being hotly debated on and may change.

Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bunshin.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Background: Razputin comes from a; well, not very respectable family. They are the only family left still using the name D'artegan. Although he is not from a respectable family he is proud of his heritage. He enjoys being able the share in the name "Eternal child." It made him feel young, as if no matter how things turned out he would always see joy in everything. Although his family is one of the last of the clan in the Village hidden in the Mist it is his hope to find others of his clan through out the rest of the villages.

Physical Description: Jericho is pretty stocky for his age. He has a slight tan and has 7 horizontal scars going up his back. He has decently broad shoulders for his age, and his fingers are long and thin. He has slightly slanted eyebrows, and his face always looks slightly mean or pouty.
Clothing: A black sleeveless top that has a large golden symbol on the back that stands for luck. Matching black slightly baggy cloth pants held up with a long silk golden sash. He does not wear shoes and has a large tiger tooth strung around his neck. He often wears a black headband that is not his Ninja headband that keeps his hair out of his face when he is training or needs to see without distraction.
Background: Jericho was born to a feudal lord Named Oni Ericsson. Growing up Jericho followed his father around in hopes of someday becoming powerful and strong like him. He watched him as he trained and had philosophical conversations with him. Jericho never knew his mother, and didn’t really care to. When Jericho was only eight years old his fathers kingdom was attacked and his father commanded Jerichos bodyguard to bring him somewhere that would make him good and strong. Jericho and the scout traveled for a year until arriving at the hidden village of the mist.
Personality: Jericho is very focused when training but when he is alone he often gets lost in his own head. He is kind and gentle even though he does not look it. He enjoys training and yearns to be the best warrior there ever was but loves to do artsy things. He enjoys people but loves to be alone in nature.
