Angenette smiled slyly, sidling up next to Venera. She twirled her lolipop softly, as if toying with it. "Well, he isn't a professional, but he's good enough to be. He would be, truly he would, but he's just so pushy and mean. He always wants his way, so no one hires him." "Oh! But he's really very wonderful! I wonder if there is a way you could try his treats, they're delicious!" Alice replied enthusiastically. She was a very spirited girl and had a knack for praising those she was rather fond of.

Venera laughed lightly, a rather musical sound. "Has he tried to find a place around here to hire him?" She glanced at Gerard's back for a moment. Surely she had some sort of charm to help him not be so mean. But she didn't want to do it without someone's knowledge. "Do you think there's some way to make him, well, not so pushy and mean?"

Alice blinked softly at Venera's latter question, the first seemed so trivial. Her blue eyes were round with curiosity, wondering while on the other hand Angenette's pink lips curled into a devious smile. She placed her large lolipop over her should as if it were a parasol and swished her skirts. "I do know one way to get Gerard to not be so mean. It happened once, a long long time ago." Angenette replied coyly. She was planning something in her quiet mind. Alice had been with the two for some time and yet she did not even understand the way Angenette thought. It was a mystery as to how such an outwardly sweet girl with a voice like candy could think of such devioud and naughty things.

Venera tilted her head at Angenette. She wasn't paying any mind to the surrounding artifacts, which was unusual for her. "You do? What was it?" And normally she wouldn't try and become so involved in people who weren't looking for love. She was a matchmaker, so to speak, not really anything else.

Angenette let her smile linger before she leaned toward Venera's ear, cupping her hand around it so that only Venera would hear. "A girl." She whispered softly, devillishly so. She straightened afterwards, pressing her hands behind her back with her lolipop sticking akwardly out behind from her body. Her mischevious smile returned and she rocked on her heels waiting for Venera's reaction.

Venera blinked at the reply. "A girl? As in, someone to fall in love with?" If that were the case, she was the best one to ask. Making people fall in love was her specialty. Venera smiled. "I can help with that! I could make him a charm or potion or something to help attract love to him. I've done it lots of times before."

The two girls look at Venera strangely, not expecting such a reply. They blinked in unison, then shared a look. "Do you... Are you..." Alice paused, searching for the right words. "A voodoo priestess?!" "Oh, you read too many books Alice! Look at her! She's got to be some kind of fairy!" Angenette replied harshly. She looked Venera up and down, thinking. It all made sense now that she knew Venera's specialty. Why else would one dress in pink and hearts?

Venera blushed a little when the two stared at her. Had her words sounded so strange? She then stared in return before laughing. "I'm not really either, actually," she replied, her wings fluttering behind her. "I'm a nephlim, half angel. A direct decedent of Aphrodite and Cupid." Venera was proud of that little fact since it helped make her matchmaking work genuine.

The two stopped and turned, gawking at the girl. It wasn't a rude gawk, just a look of severe unbelief. Yet in a sudden swirl the two were on the girl, touching her dress and her hair and inspecting her wings and heart shaped mace. "Aphrodite would explain why she is so beautiful." Alice mused to herself, a thought she had had since Venera walked in the door. "These wings are just pure little bird feathers!" Angenette marvelled, her hands itching to stroke them but her will too strong. "And this dress is so well-crafted. Surely a gift of the gods." "I thought you looked of high birth." "What are you two doing to her? The voice was not feminine in the least and came from in front of them.

Though Venera didn't often tell people who her ancestors were, she was actually a bit used to the staring and touching. It wasn't inappropriate in any way so it didn't bother her. But their words made her blush brightly. Venera didn't think she was that pretty and her dress had been made by herself. Her birth had also been rather normal. When hearing the male voice interrupt, Venera blushed a little more. "They're doing nothing wrong," she assured him. "I don't mind the looks and touches."

Gerard blushed softly, running a hand through his hair. "Well... It wasn't that... I was just..." He paused for a moment and as he gazed at Alice's and Angenette's innocent faces and big eyes he frowned suddenly. "I was WONDERING WHY in the WORLD it would take you all SO LONG to get through ONE MUSUEM!!" He replied in a haughty tone, his voice raised as he emphazied the words. The two girls winced with each emphazied word and retreated slowly behind Venera.

Venera was a bit taken back by Gerard's tone and couldn't help but feel bad. She was also taking her time, not just the other two girls. "I'm sorry..." She glanced around them to see where they were, her eyes falling onto paintings. "We just love to admire such beautiful art," she said to him, slipping over to a painting of a nude Venus. "Such attention to detail and so life-like. It's like you could feel how soft her skin is if you reached out." Her pink eyes glanced back to him. "How could you not dawdle around such beauty?"

A betraying blush stole over Gerard's face and he straightened his back considerably. He stalked over to the painting, exaiming the close detail of the portrait, making sure not to catch Venera out of the corner of his eye. "She's quite beautiful, truly..." Alice added in a quiet voice, tinged with a musical accent. "Surely her beauty isn't limited to Gods alonce..." Angenette began, her lips curling softly. "It's very possible for a normal girl to be just as beautiful as the goddess of beauty." She added, her eyes slying over toward her brother as she gave him a good bop on the head with her lolipop before sauntering over to another painting.

Venera watched Gerard as he looked over the painting. She couldn't help but smile when seeing his blush. Maybe just a walk around the museum was what he needed rather than a charm. She, however, hadn't heard Alice's nor Angenette's comments. "The Goddess Aphrodite was a popular figure in old paintings. Though, there are many versions of her," she commented, looking back to the painting. This one happened to have her same hair color, a mix of light brown, blonde, and tiny amounts of strawberry red.

Gerard nodded to Venera, trying to ignore his sister's comment. After a few moments of his darting eyes, he turned to face the winged girl. "Why, you two look a lot alike. The same hair color and all..." He began softly. His face reddened softly again and he cast his eyes away quickly.
