*nods* Food and Powers both tend to be difficult areas once you have a solid Essence. X3 Before that, coming up with an Essence and an awesome Soul are the toughies. *still finding Souls that make her go "THAT'S SO AWESOME" all the time*
For food, I'd look at the characteristics of the Essence. :3 You say the web is unbreakable, so maybe think of ways/things the Raevan could feed off of that have or don't have those traits to them.

Critique Three. X3
So I guess this one will be about the powers and feeding of your Lutica Soul-ed Raevan. o3o
Powers---The Active power seems doable, but you have to remember that during Frei and Sigel stage Raevans don't have lower body parts. How would your Raevan be able to create silk to spin? Your passive power I'm not too sure about, I've never heard of a Raevan who could detach portions of souls and I don't think that would be allowed. You might want to go into the shop and ask for more critique from people and emphasize on this particular area.
Food---I notice you have solid food and drink for both his later stages and for the present. As they grow Raevans will slowly be able to consume human food and drink as they develop the necessary stomach and other organs. Pretty much goes like this Frei = No human food/drink, Sigel = Small amounts, Valsaros = Human food/drink is okay. During Frei and Sigel stages the Raevan will be relying primarily on its Fel Essence for energy. In order to power that energy source they need something in relation to the Essence. Crushed bugs and juice won't work because they won't have anything to digest it with and food in these stages is absorbed directly into the Essence. It can be a bit tough to come up with a good source of food for the Raevan, but with a little help and work I'm sure you can come up with something. n.n
Like before, look over your Essence and note the traits it has. It's a spiderweb that can't be destroyed, so maybe the Raevan could feed by absorbing the silk from normal spiderwebs/cobwebs which are destructible. That's also a replenish-able food source as well, so your Raevan won't ever starve.
