I'm open to suggestions. Frankly, the storyline isn't over, but A.C. sure finished her part. Or did she? She died much sooner than I expected--I totally did not expect Merlin to ditch us like that--but while she never got to the dungeon, neither did she leave actual 'unfinished business.' And we both know we can't send Pious there anyway, because it would mess things up in that later storyline with Corellia and so on.
I think we should do it anyway, just to be spiteful.
E. Dead would also kill us.

So this nonsense about plans. You're right, you're not male. Glad you noticed that. Did you also happen to notice that you managed to kill Ora? even after she made that circle?
Not that she stayed dead.
Shut ip, it would have killed the story. The point is that, unlike the so-scorned men, your plans are salvageable. And while we're at it, you did tell ED that if Ora resurrected, so would A.C. Will you go back on your word?

"Huh," she said to herself in surprise. "I would have thought they'd kill me. I guess not." She picked herself up and found her baseball bat. And that stupid poison didn't work, either. Must have been a fake-death. I'll ask Lucidity about it when I fix his table. Guess I should break him out of the powerplant first...
And, considerably lighter of spirit and burden than before she died (again), A.C. strolled of into the war.

Still, it was nice. I'm not sure how well it would have worked, in the end, but it was nice.

For all those people--because I'm sure there's more than just Garret out there--watching our little antics, we're talking about a thought we had to make something really... unusual... happen with our little A.C. It would have happened right after Miran blew up the War Shelter and started walking hesitantly towards the unconscious Ruby, but before he walked away. It would have gone like this:
A.C. steps over her prone form, putting herself between Miran and the woman he'd just tried to kill. The bat is at the ready.
"Not another step, you mellodramatic fool. I don't have to have powers to lay you to waste for what you've done," she spat. "This shelter is--and has always been--outside your jurisdiction, even by your own standards. Did you get bored and decide to change it or something? Because that's just INTOLERABLE."
For a moment, her voice changed entirely, exuding an authority that shook the air around them, although A.C. didn't seem to notice. In reality, she was scared stiff, and only the intense training she'd gone through to become a spy kept her from visibly freaking out and running away. She had absolutely no idea that her voice had done anything, but she could not fail to notice the effect it had on the air.
I rather liked it, myself.
