Rush was somehow at a loss when it came to her logic, but that was okay. She seemed sweet and meant well. "So you do." He answered simply. The breeze began to pick up around his mane. Little flowerlets fell from the willow above and stuck into the coarse hair annoyingly.
A rumble crossed the land again. Somewhere far in the distance the mountains flashed. It seemed that there was a storm to be brewing and it was coming their way. Excitement jolted his body. He loved a good storm.

No one would ever understand Autumn the way she understood her self, sometimes. "Yup!" She replied before she looked back to count how many leaves were in her mane this time.
As the storm rumbled in the distance behind the mare, she quickly tucked her tail. A storm was about but, the sudden light nearly scarred the mare to death. She had heard of great rumbling of the valley's but, was the sun mad too? That it would have to disturb the night. Autumn understood herself but, would he?

Rush watched the mare tuck her tail. Something told him that she wasn't as excited as he was to have it incoming. The other nocturnal critters had paused in their evening activities. The field seemed to hault, all eyes to the sky. A bright flash in the distanced ricocheted off the cloudes, halos over round mounds in the dark. It was simply beautiful to him, no matter how strong the storm may be.
It had been ages since he had seen the winds tear the trees from the land. Perhaps it was his survival of this time in his life that made him so solemn in life. And perhaps this was why he had chosen to live each day as if it were his last.
He brushed up against the mare, letting her know he was close. There weren't words to show this stranger that she would not be in danger with him around. It was his duty to protect her. A silent code if you must...

Her muscels calmed as she stood in place, rain fell like hail and the thunder rumbled beneath her feet. Lightning took to the sky like rockets and somehow she seemed to calm. "Race ya!" She called out as she slowly left the saftey of the tree to stand in the rain. Trotting herself in circles and moving endlessly about the tree. She was drentched. From head to...hoof. Wet. Her mane was a wet mess and her tail as she flicked it sent more water everywhere.

His ears perked. "To where?" He called as she jaunted around the tree. His vision blurred through the drops of rain in his eyes. The hillside became a mass of dark rippling torrents. The storm came in so quickly that it dropped sheets of the wetness from the sky. His mane plastered to the sides of his face. He shook away what he could to no avail. This storm would not be quitting anytime soon it seemed.
With a buck on his haunches, he thought perhaps it was best that he play her game. The best way to protect someone is to show them the freedom of trust. Afterall, she was indeed a stranger and he was not obligated to controll this mare. He was just there to well... supervise. That didnt mean he couldnt enjoy her company too.

Autumn couldn't see anything and new running in the mud caused disasters. She couldn't image any other way to live. On the edge of danger. Then agian she had family and Anshu to think about. One little can't hurt anything. She pawed at the ground and smiled. "We dont have to run. How about a walk?" She asked smiling brightly as his blue figure appeared through the rain.
She took a mudgly step forward as he hoof sunk into the sloppy muddy grass. Maybe she shouldn't be out from the saftey of the tree. But, was the tree any safer? What if it got struck by lightning! What if they got struck by lightning. Maybe this wasn't a good idea. But, live a little. "What do you think?" She questioned wanting the stallions imput before she brought him to his and her death. Sounds pleasant. She didn't actually want to kill him. But, she did want to do something. she hesitantly made her way back to the tree watching for him.
