The conjoined twins (who I must say were really hot), Bonnie, the lady with the muscular disease that made them turn to bone, Bex, the really cute boy (Jeremiah) from season one who was one of Bailey's favourite patients, Ava, Camille, Meredith, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, that crazy inmate who swallowed a light bulb, the lady with the quints, Susan, pretty much every patient was good.

I'm still surprised that I am the only one that said Cristinia.
I'm not saying I like why she was a patient, but I like the after.
With her uncontrollable crying, and her screaming at her mother.

Aw I forget her name, but the teenage girl whose spine was SERIOUSLY messed up and Izzie paid for her surgery with the money Denny left behind crying She learned her life lesson and s**t and God I loved that episode SO much!

My favorite was the old lady who had nothing wrong with her but wouldn't leave. She sang all the time. She mad me laugh. But it was sad when you found out why she wouldn't leave. crying George tried to help her stay.

My favorite would have to have been when that lady had the five babies and Izzie had to stay with the baby with the bad heart I believe it was and the baby died anyway. I crie dso hard when the baby died. I would also have to say that I like that couple in which the woman was pregnant and had fallen in the shower and ended up losing her baby. When they should Addison crying because of it, I knew right then that she was my favorite person on the show. It showed how real she was. I can't even imagine how hard that was to tell that woman and her significant other that they had lost their baby crying crying crying crying .

I'd say for sure back in season one the old scrub nurse for Ellis Grey.
Or the two people with the pole stuck inside them.
Oh yeah that biker guy named Viper in the first season who like grabbed Merdith and made out with her haha.
