It gets nowhere, and irritates me, and I wind up offended and hurt. stare XD...When I do it, it always leads to me completely stumping the fundies, or at least them ending the conversation abruptly with "You know what? You just don't understand.", then when I ask them to explain they say "I don't feel like it" or "I can't" XD.....to me, thats saying "Ok, ******** it, you're right and I'm too proud to admit it". Side note: I believe the symbol LainGaara is talking about when they say "ankah" is an "ankh" which pre-dates Christianity by far so couldn't be a "variation" or "derivative" of the Christian's crucifixion cross, if theres any relation, then the Christian's cross was inspired by the Ankh(of course this is something I doubt).

Wings of Aegis illusen729 Your friend sounds quite... interesting xd Oh, and as for the pentacle necklace, try getting some silver clay and make one out of that. That's what I did. It's a small, nickel-sized silver disk. You have to make sure to use a pin and put a hole in the top before you bake it, though, or else how the hell will you ever get it on a string? xd I made that mistake the first time. Anyway, while I was at school for the first few days after I made that, I took my pencil, drew a pentacle on it, and then carved into it, still using the pencil. Then I put a big glob of gold Sharpie paint on the cardboard box I had with me (I was selling chocolate with the color guard), dipped the pencil in it, and put it into the ditches. Only problem is, some of the paint is coming off of the circle part around it, and I lost my Sharpie collection xp Next time neither of my parents are here, I'll take a pic of it to show ya. 3nodding Ooooh, nice! I'll have to pull out the ol' sculpey and try my hand at that. I've only made sculptures with it. Oh! Instead of Sharpie, have you considered liquid gold leaf? I recently bought some to colour in the engravings I make in stones (calcite--angel symbols mainly), and it's BEAUTIFUL. It has real gold in it, generally, but isn't too expensive (at Walmart, it was the same price as the gold sharpie). It dries VERY fast, and sticks a lot better than acrylic paints. Also, you can buy sealer as well to make the colour last longer. I highly recommend it. heart I totally would, but, well, I don't want my mom to see what I'm doing. I really don't think she would like it. And, just to add something to that earlier argument, high-level witches do NOT worship the devil. It's the LOW-level witches, a.k.a. the worms, the scum, and/or the idiots, that worship the devil. Sometimes I find it fun to argue with fundies. But with this fundie, even though I wasn't even in the arguement, is extremely irritating. I am offended-- offended that there are enough idiots to give all witches a bad name, and that there are enough idiots to base their opinion of all witches off of the few idiots they see. Oh, Wings, when you and fundie finish up your argument, let us know how it goes ^-^

I would have been happy agreeing to disagree, but you would have none of it. I am not mad at you for blocking me on aim, I am just confused as to why you blew up/ took it personally. I am not going to change my opinion, and you will not change yours, so lets just drop it, ok? And, for the record, I do not 'pretend' to know things. The heart and soul of our argument was that we thought each other's sources were not as credible as our own. And there are people who would agree with either one of us on that, which is why I am ending the argument.
