I do actually. Because I used to see how many email servers I could find and use them all. I don't use half of them though...

www.dodgeit.com is a good site to create quick, disposable email accounts. Just type in a name, and bingo, instant email account. 3nodding
I wouldn't use it for important purposes though, as anyone else can just type in the name you did and view the account's contents. I suggest using an uncommon name. ninja
