Tierce set down to rest near the center of the comfy grove. Stretching in the green lush grass, she loved the smell of grass.
She looked back at him and sent a little it of a glare." I don't know what kind of fun you're referring to, but it's just a tired knee is all. No cause for alarm."

"Why, m'lady, you accuse me of having a perverse sense of humor?" he said, looking absolutely aghast at the suggestion. That was, until a feral grin slid over his soft muzzle. "But now that you mention it..." he chuckled, letting the sentence fade off into oblivion.
Twitching his tail, Cerek lowered his head to the sweet grass, taking a few mouthfuls. Blue eyes still on her, he spoke again, "Won't your family be missing you if you're gone too long?"

She raised a brow as his sentence trailed off.
" I may be young but I am most definitely old enough to take care of myself."
She rolled onto her back on the grass and wriggled around to reach the itch that was currently annoying her." And what about your family Mr.Cerek.?"

"I can see than," he said, chuckling as the young mare rolled about in the grass. He pulled another few blades of grass into his mouth, considering his answer.
"Well, I suppose my family is glad to be rid of me for the moment. While we are undoubtedly close, they can find my personality trying at times, as they both have rather short tempers. Though who could ever find one such as myself annoying is beyond me," he laughed, rolling his eyes.

" Completely and totally beyond.." Tierce added , eye rolling included.
" I couldn't tel you if my family is annoyed by me or not. I think we get along pretty well. Except for the rowdy sister and lazy brother of mine. How could a mare and stallion like that be so closely related and so completely different."

Cerek grinned at her. "Precisely." The large stallion slowly eased himself onto the grassy carpet, facing Tierce.
"It's that way with my brother and I. He's moody and quiet and horrible around mares. And I'm...well...That should be obvious," he said, winking at her. "As for the rest of my family...I've never known them. Only my mother and brother."

" And you just aren't moody.", she replied coyly." And, I'm sorry Cerek...", she was saddenned after hearing he never knew all his family and was suddenly grateful for her own.

"Not at all moody," he purred, grinning at her. In response to his family, he just shrugged. "I don't have the desire to know them. My mother and brother have been the only ones I've ever needed." The stallion lowered his head, nibbling at the grass again. "But enough about me. What about you, m'dear?"

" Me, I'd say I'm just a bit chonically bored. Most of my family has better things to do...apparently. But it really suits me just fine, gives me lots of time to myself.", she yawned and nibbled at some grass in fornt of her. The sun had now dipped considerably lower on the horizon.

"But I imagine that would get awfully lonely at times," Cerek mused sagely. "I know I could never go for very long without being in contact with someone." The stallion's azure eyes turned to the skies as well, taking in the deep velvet hues that were slowly consuming the daylight colors. What a shame.
A sigh heavy on his lips, the young male pushed his dormant frame to a stand. "Sadly, I cannot stay away from my family forever. I fear I've been away from them too long," he said, smiling sweetly. Easing forward, he bent a solitary knee in a bow. "It's been an absolute pleasure, my dear Tierce. I do hope we run into each other again very soon."

" Yeah sure. Some other day you could show me more of your hiding spots.", she grinned, not being one for eloquence but certainly a fan of teasings.
She was a little dissapointed that he was to be leaving. She found that she rater enjoyed his company, he was a funny one wasn't he.
" Take care of yourself and your family Mr.Cerek, and good night."
He may be taking his leave she thought but she was perfectly suited to staying out all night. And this was indeed a lovely spot to do so.
