Smiling happily, Hesperos was feeling strangely content... standing here and talking to this mare. Maybe this was why his father liked them so much? He paused and shook that idea out of his thoughts. Nah, there must be more to them since I could strike up a conversation with a stallion too. Something that makes them... unique.
"That would be very nice. I need to meet more soquili." He nodded vigorously. Yes, now that he thought about it, he hardly knew anybody outside of his family.
Staring at her, Hesperos found himself oddly attracted to her change of expression. She looked so... adorable. He never used that word, but it strangely suited her expression. And he was actually surprised that she said that she would be safe with him. His sister would have just laughed if he said that. "Yes, you will be." Hesperos nodded solemnly.

"Well, there are lots of ways to meet Soquili." She puckered her lip while thinking, and waved her tail playfully. "I tend to just wander around, and since there are so many around, you are bound to run into someone." Nodding her head, she continued on happily. "Though, you have to be careful. While some Soquili are kind, others can be nasty, some even dangerous!" She gulped and pawed at the ground. "I've always tried to be careful from such."
She looked back up at him. He was bigger then she had noticed before, standing a good length above her. At first it had intemidated her, but now she was very comfortable in his presence.
"So what do you enjoy doing in your free time, Hesperos." She looked at him with bright eyes.

"Eh, I find a lot of them to be a little... full of themselves? If you could put it that way. And I really don't like to associate with soquili like that. They're just such a hassle you know?" Hesperos couldn't help but notice how adorable she looked at the moment. But he refrained from doing anything rash, his father always seemed to warn him of that, but he never thought he would actually have to worry about that. "Yes, I've heard of soquili like that. But I think if you stay with me, I won't let anything happen to you." The stallion nodded solemnly.
Hesperos had always felt a little awkward about his height. He obviously inherited that from his father since he was towering over his mother. "I really just wander about a lot. Flying is absolutely amazing. Do you know fly at all?" Smiling softly, it would be nice... to take her flying.

"I agree, heh I know two males that are like that." She giggled while thinking about Ariston and Guilian. "They are at a level I can never understand, but I just block their nonsense out." Their tactics did indeed get annoying, but she always tried hard to bear with their stupidity.
There he was, saying that comment again. It was as if her face was a tone lighter from the amount of blushing she was doing. "Staying with you.. would be nice.." She put her head down, confused by what was happening.
At his next question, she tried to change her expression to a more normal one. "I um.. well I've never really flown before. My brother showed me how, but I am not very good at it." Shaking her head, she giggled at her silly nature. "Hopefully I can get better though, I would like to fly more." Her eyes brightened at the idea.
