"What? Oh no you didn't kill them!" Draes said immediatly and sniffed at the flowers that were flattened to the ground. They still spoke... so they had to have been okay. "At least they say that they're fine, just that they were a little smooshed is all. You didn't hurt them at all." He smiled softly at her and held up one for her to talk to.

Mami lifted a paw up to lift the wilted flower up and she gave it an apoligetic look, "I'm sorry, I hope I didn't hurt you too much! If I had known, I would have been more careful!" she said to the flower, feeling a little weird apoligizing to a flower.

"It says it's okay." Draes said as the flower whispered the words out. Flowers didn't hold grudges after all, once something was over it was over. If they held grudges then they would hate the wind for how it tore at them, hate the thunder for how it hurt their ears and hate the rain, even though it fed them, for flooding them out. "Don't worry, they'll never hate you or be angry with you."

She smiled and nodded, giving the flower a small nuzzle before looking to Sondreas, "I had asked if you are a new Kitsu around here." she explained.

"Oh sorry... No, I'm not really new.... just haven't seen many others I suppose. I lived in the forst for a long time and only talked to the flowers." Sondraes said simply, shrugging his black shoulders and laying down with his ankles on his front legs crossed.

"I can understand, I usually just hang around with my family and not around any other Kitsus. It must be nice to talk to flowers, they must tell you alot!" she said, laying herself down as well, picking up the rose he gave her.

"Yeah, they can tell me when it rains, they can tell me when the winds are coming. They can tell you a lot just for flowers. Even where to meet someone. Though honestly I didn't know who 'she' was until I met you. I guess they meant you." Laughter came from him.

She blushed lightly when he said that and she looked about at the flowers around them. She had no idea the flowers lead him to her, she just thought he showed up randomly. "Wow, I never knew flowers could tell you so much. I wish I could hear them." she said softly, nosing a daisy close by.

"They can tell you things about yourself that you never knew before. They can tell you things about life you'd never guess." Draes smiled softly. He'd never met someone that couldn't talk to a flower because he'd never met someone. Maybe this was fate?

She looked at the flowers around them and the way they seemed to sway about in the breeze, "Maybe they could tell me what I am supposed to do with my life. I feel like I am going no where." she said softly.

"Well...." Draes wasn't quite sure of what she meant but he picked up a posey and held it up for her. "Why don't you ask it? I'll tell you what it says." He smiled warmly for her.

She looked up at Dreas and blushed lightly when he smiled at her like that and she smiled and nodded, taking the posey. "What do you think I should do with myself?" she asked, not finding it weird she was speaking directly to a flower.

Both of Sondraes' ears flicked forward as he listened for the flower's response, only to find one he hadn't expected and blushed deeply. "Er... i-it's being weird...."

Shaking his head, Sondraes tried to wipe the blush from his dark cheeks and cleared his throat. "I-It said that it's 'sitting right in front of you'. I don't know what it means though." He blushed once more and looked away. Sometimes flowers could be so finicky and talked in riddles, it had been his mistake to use a posey. maybe there was another type?
