Chath gave his ever endering smile. "Whatever is easier for you." He added giving a look to the two younger siblings...and seeing how close they were. Wow...they were really good friends weren't they? "I can sit in the back>" he offered pointing smoothly for a moment.
Zyan...wasn't thrilled with that but whatever. As soon as Ter got into the car she nearly dove in after him, remembering 'manners' half way through she managed to fix her skirt as she nestled as close as she could to Ter. She ...didn't like her brother being there, so she didn't hold onto Ter's hand. though she did put her hand into her pocket and fingered the ring in there....she needed a moment of time alone with him! arg! she knew Ter must have some sort of plan brewing.. he was that smart.

Ligeia nodded, "Alright, thank you then Chath." He said, giving his friend a bright smile before climbing into the front seat since Chath sounded sure about sitting in the back. Maybe he wanted to sit there to keep an eye on his sister? Made sense, he would be the same way if he had a little sister instead of a bratty Ter...
Ter shifted some of his coils to make it so that she could sit as close to him and as far from her brother, since that is what it seemed she may be trying to do, as she wanted. He looked up at the rear view mirror and ended up catching his father's two colored gaze.
"I expect that you all behave yourselves tonight." Orpheus said, "No calls with me having to get you out of jail or something."
There was a moment where both Ter and Geia thought he was being serious... until they saw his grin. Ok, he was just teasing.

Chath took Ligeia's smile in stride though tucked the moment away for a memory to remember later on. She was very cute when she smiled. He let Ligeia get in before he managed to slide into the back seat. Pulling his tail around so that is lay in his lap. He gave a laugh at Orpheus's remark about getting in jail.
"i hope we don't get in that much trouble." he said continuing on with the tease.
Zyan pouted and looked to her brother, eh? Orpheus had sounded serious to her. With a sigh she managed to somewhat hide she leaned her head against Ter's shoulder. Car rides always made her sleepy, which was odd cause she was often very uncomfertable in cars. Her wings got crushed she always had to wrap her side legs around her body to that others had enough room.
"eh...how long will it take us to get there?" she asked finding comfort in Ter's shoulder.

"Thats good, I might wait until after my nap to pick you up even if you did end up there." He teased, starting the car up and heading out, "It shouldn't take that long, twenty minutes at the most. It depends on traffic."

The drive wasn't to bad, fifteen minutes about since traffic seemed to be light on the roads he had taken. One would almost think that the man had checked the traffic reports ahead of time to know which was best route to take. Orpheus was a good man, a good parent but like all parents he appreciated a day off more then anyone. Maybe because they knew the value of time off since they got little of it?
Orpheus found a parking spot right near the front before turning in his seat, "Here we are!" He said cheerfully, "Now, Ligeia you and Chath are the oldest so you look out for the younger kids." He looked at Ter, giving him a nod. While he wanted to trust that Geia could look after things since he was the oldest the boy was far to nice... far to soft.
Ter opened the door up on his side and slithered out of the car, drawing all of his coils out of the car before holding a hand out to Z.
Ligeia hopped out of the car, stretching his wings out to their fulllest before giving them a flap, "I will keep a good eye on everyone, make sure that things go according to plan." Hopefully Chath's plan, "We will see you later!"

Zyan took Ter's hand greatfully as she clambered out and then also stretched out her side legs and wings. Cars were cramped uncomfertable places...rubbing the sleepy dirt out of her eyes, she patted her skirt, like she was cleaning off any dust that had formed, though was instead discreetly making sure the ring was still in her pocket.
Ug...this was going to be worse than being baby sat. Antenna sagging a bit as she thought of that and then perked up again. She looked to Ter a impish smile on her face. Ter would have some great idea on how to ditch the brothers....he must!
Chath slid out of the car and turned towards Orpheus. "thanks for the ride. We will make sure no one gets in trouble." he promised already working on his plan once they got inside. "Come let's see what is playing now or soon anyway." He continued turning towards the theater, it was starting to get dark out by the time the movie was over it was sure to be black.

Ter gave his father a wave as he drove off doing his best to smile in such a way that he would believe that the snake boy was going to be as angelic as he was faking... once the car was out of sight he turned to look at Z and gave her a grin that showed his fang, one that said he was working on something. He then looked over at the other two, "Yes, go see what there is." He agreed, to see which movie they were going to be stuck going into.
The owl boy watched the car go before giving a bright smile, alright! The plan had begun! They were going to make friends now with their younger siblings. Ligeia was totally convinced that things were going to go well, why? Because he wanted so badly for them too.
"We can get snacks after we decide upon a movie." Ligeia said to Ter and Z, "Not to much since we are going to dinner after and you don't want to ruin your appetite but some." Wow, babysitting was making him sound like a mom...

Watching the car leave Chath mad a mental not of the make and color for later when they got picked up. though he was sure that Ligeia would be able to find the care no problem.
Chath looked to Ligeia and gave a chuckle. "Well we can always pig out on junk food, but popcorn and a drink sounds good to me. We can get the big bucket and share." he offered mostly becuase for some weird reason movie theater popcorn was addictive to eat. And he was trying to lighten the mood, the glare he recieved from his sister read that...this...was probably going to be hard than it looked.
"but we better get inside, there might be a line up."
After sending her glare to her brother she looked to Ter and gave him her super cute impish smile. She didn't say much cause she knew Ter had things under control. deftly she caught Ter's hand in hers and held onto it. She didn't want to get seperated by accident.
"hmmm lets get going already." she finally said a bit of her anger flaring through her words. Thoguh she sounded more uncaring than anything as if she couldn't wait for this whole ordeal to be over with.

Ligeia turned to lead the way, looking at each of the different movie posters as they went by them as if sizing up what was playing so he could get an idea of what it was that they could go and see, anything that was rated PG-13 he figured would be the best and no doubt the highest rating that they could get into. Maybe a little older then what was intended for Ter and Z but he doubted the two of them would sit through anything G or PG without causing a riot, "Check out the posters, see if anything sparks your interest?" He suggested.
Ter made a bit of a face, he hated when his brother was put in charge things always seemed to go towards the boring. The owl could do so much better, be so much more fun if he wasn't so strict in everything that he did the snake thought before he looked over to Z, "Yes, lets see what movie actually looks good." He said to her, as if trying to tell her something at least that was what his gaze said. Whatever plot he was cooking up involved finding a good movie.

Chath looked serious as he gazed up at the small letters on the board that announced starting times as well as movies playing. He then glanced about and looked at all the posters that were advertizing the new movies. He spotted one that looked bright and colorful. . .
"how about Meet the Robinsons?" he querried, since it was a family movie it might be something they would all enjoy watching.
Zyanya stared at her brother like ha hd just grown three heads. A kids movie? She looked to Ter, she didn't mind if he went. Besides she didn't intend to stay in the theater all that long. Spotting his look she smiled at him. YES, he did have a plan!

Ligeia looked that poster over, "That one looks like it may be good." He said, looking over at his brother in a hopeful sort of way. This poster was the exact polar opposite of the poster that went along with that '300' movie but he hoped that the snake would agree to watch it, they could see that other one when it came to DVD after all.
Ter crossed his arms and in a grudging sort of voice, "I guess." He said, flicking his tongue out. He didn't want to seem willing after all, "Get snacks now?"
Ligeia nodded, "Sure. Want to go and see what you guys want while Chath and I get the tickets?" It would give him time to talk with Chath, to see what the other boy thought of how things were going. At least... they were together and sorta talking right?

Chath wasn't sure if it was a great idea seperating but he smiled and went along with what Ligeia said. "Here you guys can buy some popcorn and drinks while we wait in line." he offered digging his hand into his pockets and pulling out some money. He handed the bills to Zyan whom took it grudingly.
"Yah sure.." she muttered looking at the huge snack line a coy smile sliding on to her face. "Come on Ter lets go." She stated as she moved towards the crowd hoping this would be a good time perhaps to get Ter alone so she could give him the ring...

"This is working I think." Ligeia said to Chath, sounding excited, "I mean its the most hes talked to me in one sitting for a while." He knew that Ter wasn't the most happy snake in the world but things would get better he was just sure of it! "Your plan is going well so far." Poor, optimistic Ligeia... He got into line and dug out the money that he'd gotten to get the tickets for himself and Ter.
Ter slithered along, sitting back on his coils while waiting in line before looking over at Z and gave a very happy sort of grin, showing fangs, "So, wanna hear the plan?"

Chath followed Ligeia and stood behind her, getting his own money out for the tickets. the movie previews he had seen for this had looked pretty funny, he hoped it was good. He looked ot Ligeia who seemed pretty happy about how the 'date' er...no plan was working.
"Yes...hopefully thing will out well." he commented, but knowing his sister she probably had other plans.
Zyan stood beside Ter and fidgeted from foot to foot, antsy and nervous. They were kinda alone now...noo...there were so many people around. It made her nervous, clinging to Ter's arm like afraid that she might get swept away. When he spoke she felt a bit calmer.
"Yes, I knew you had something up your sleeve. Tell me everything!" she said with a firm nod of her head.

Ligeia paid look ahead at the line, it was moving quickly enough and soon enough it was his turn to get the two tickets for the movie that they were going to see. He got his change, tucked it away and moved back so that Chath could step ahead for his tickets, "I think that they will work out... well cause I want them too." He wanted to make friends with Ter no matter what and this was the first step in that direction.
"Ok, this is plan. If we can sit a row behind them." He said, "About ten minutes into movie say you need to go to bathroom. You go out, I will sneak out after you. We go and see a real movie not a kid movie then."

Chath loved her positive attitude. He knew there was no garuntee that this would work but for certian it was a step in the right direction. Starteled by a cough coming from the cashier her apologized and then bought his tickets. Turning he took hold of Ligeia's hand, he didn't want them to get seperated.
"Do you see them?" he asked scanning the snack line for their two siblings.
Zyan gave a giggle and nodded her head. "Yes I like your idea. Who wants to watch a cartoon anyway? " she stated with a firm nod of her head. Also this way she could sneak off with Ter and give him the ring in private! What a bonus. Ah...they reached the head of the line.
"Er...what did they want again?" she asked forgetting what her brother had asked them to buy.
