"Miles...."
She whimpered again. Her body was restless as she moved from side to side as the twigs and leaves move around her, sticking to her fur. Her fur was a mess, she just had no time to take care of it.
That'd explain why she got weird looks from strangers whenever she approached them.

Amile couldn't take it anymore he had to be close to her. He looked at the tree then began to climb. He has having no luck how ever him being a Cheetah and her being a hybrid they where quite different.

"Amile...."
Cheetahs were like leopards but land dwelling, tall, with long legs, build for running. Leopards were tree dwellers with stout legs and bulky frames with muscles to haul itself up into the tree. Lions were the power houses of the African savanna, built to hunt and take down as a pride. Power, that was how one got up a tree. Cheetahs just did not have that ability.... at least, without the right drive.

He kept trying his beck as he fell and twisted and landed on his feet but twisted one. He let out a grunt as he looked at the paw. He then tried to put pressure on it but winced out and whined a little.
"Limbua i can't make it..." He said as he grew depresed as if he was failing himself again. Just like how it took him forever to find her.

"Amile...."
Her body continued to twist and turn upon her makeshift nest when her momentum sent her off her nest and out of the tree. The sudden velocity of the fall that hit against her snapped her from her dream-state and awoke to the vision of the approaching ground. She landed with a thud. Immediately, her body jolted upward.
"OW!"
SHhe pouted and rubbed her head, wincing when her paw waved over the impact site. Her eyes looked around. It was night.... as she looked around, her eyes fell upon the image of her friend, the one she had spent months looking for.
"A-....A-...."

Amile was looked at his paw as he licked it softly with his ack to her. He then turned around a little hearing a thud.
"Finally decided to drop in?" He said with a small chckle he then winced and whined from his paw.

She rubbed the back of her head and stared at him dumbfounded.
"Amile.... uh.... where am I?"
She continued to look around and tried to take in everything. She was in a dream state prior. She sighed and relaxed a bit, her fur more messed up a lot more. Fur messy, leaves and twigs, dirt and matted.
"Amile... where've you been? I've.... been looking everywhere for you."

Amile looked at her and blinked a few times.
"What? Looking for me? But I've been looking for you." He siad as he turned and moved over to her limping and wincing a little.

Limbua was hunched over, her paws upon her hind paws, a soft sniffling noise.
"I've been looking foryou since you disappeared that day... it's funny, I thought you males were all the same, nice and sweet.... but..." she chuckled, sniffling too. "It seems like I was wrong. It seems like only you and Daddy are the only good ones out here. She smiled, looking back, smiling through her tears.
"I missed you..."

Amile smiled a little as he moved over and curled around her.
"Bu..." He said softly as he nuzzeled her. He then looked at her coat and sighed a little. "Limbua what happened to you?" He said getting worried.

"I guess.... it happens when one spends their days looking for something and not really caring about myself. And a native to the jungle out here in the grasslands."
She chuckled and embarrasssingly slide a paw up her leg and to her shoulder.
"I'm a mess, huh?"
She just couldn't bring herself to look at him in her condition.

He shook his head and nuzzeled her once more. "Yes you are but doesn't mean we can have time to ourself relax get both our coats in order then head home...If we chose to do so." He said leaving it up to her.

"Yeah... that sounds good. I think it is about time this girl gets back home to her family and you back to your own."
She chuckled and lazily flopped down against him, her expression was that of stress melting into pure bliss. Finally... a light to this horrific journey.
