"I did what?" Sogni asked, pretending not to know.
"You've been manipulating my dreams again."
"You loved your dream, don't lie!" Sogni said, making Mizt blush "you were dreaming with S-i-r-i-u-s!!"
Mizt couldn't help blushing again. Sirius was a boy in Spectra, her beloved, and the second heir to the throne. Spectra had always had problems with communication, because it is so full of crystals and light, that signals of every type were reflected most of the time, so it had been long since Mizt had talked to him last time.
"You know you make it hard to wake up." Mizt said, stepping out her room to meet Contessa "Come on, we must meet everyone."
Sogni got up, she had had lots of fun making her favorite fairy blush, she had not been able to manipulate Mizt's dreams ever since she had gotten her enchantix, until now. Sogni was really proud.

Mizt decided to go directly outside, so she waited ther bonded pixie. She looked at her shirt...it was gray, and it lookde a bit sad. She touched it with a finger, and her gray shirt turned into a rainbow shirt, much better.
"Hurry up, Sogni!" Mizt shouted.
When she was at the street, she saw a crystal stand, same that Contessa had stopped by. Crystals had always caught Mizt's attention, so she took a look. She found just a single ring with Spectran crystal, but it was too expensive for her (after all, she was a servant's daughter who had to earn her own money by designing clothes in a small store in Magix). Then she turned around and saw Contessa.
"Hi there, Contessa!" Mizt ran towards her and her pixie followed.

Mizt looked at the ring in her hand and her eyes shone almost as much as the crystal itself. "Thank you, very much!" she said " Yes, I'm watching the race. I know you can beat them all, and you'll become the first fairy to win in centuries, that's so cool!!" she said with excitement.

"Of course, it'll be my pleasure!" Mizt said "It's been long since I don't get news from Spectra, and a friend of mine promised to teach me how to manipulate big pieces of crystals to increase the power of my rainbows."
Then she looked at the people outside "Is Tessa participting in the race too?"

"Well...yes." she answered "His name is Siruis, he was named after the shiniest star. It's really important for me to learn to control crystals properly because he has a... problem...something similar to Midas's touch: every living object that he touches, turns into crystal, except for the ones who can manipulate this material totally. I can, but just little pieces, so he can't touch me unless he wears gloves." Mizt continued "He's also the second heir to the throne of Spectra, because he was born with this condition, and it is considered to be a divine gift."

Mizt walked with Contessa to the race, where everyone was getting ready.
"If you win the race," the pixie asked "do you think your parents will change their minds about this races?"
"It is a possibility, isn't it?" Mizt said "They would notice how important it is for you"
Suddenly, both the crystal in her necklace and in her ring started to give off a pale beam of light (somewhat like a laser) with the colors of the rainbow, pointing to the left "Impossible, this happens only when another spectran is near." Then she recognized a voice that she dind't expect to hear, calling her, getting closer and closer.
"I've been looking for you all day." Sirius said "Nice to see you again."
"You're here!!!!!!!!!"Mizt would had glumped him if it was not for his condition.
Sirius saw Contessa getting ready for the race "Cool, a fairy is in the race!"
"She is Contessa." Mizt introduced "Contessa, he is Sirius."
"Nice to meet you." he said, and put on a black glove in his right hand so he was able to shake her hand in a princely way.

Meanwhile, in red fountain, Kai, the latest red Fountain sophomore was training in the heat with his ice daggers. He was throwing them at targets that were set up just for him. He was all alone too.

Kai grumbled, but knew that his training was more important than some dumb race.
