I got popped in the eyeball with an elbow so hard I thought it popped.
I had someone throw me over their head and I landed on my head and neck. That made a crunching sound but no serious injury.
I've slipped on wet grass a few times while pregnant but I did a breakfall so I was fine.
I fell down a few stairs while holding my son but I landed right so I only hurt my butt.
No serious injuries or broken bones for me,

We all have our moments... They're either sooo ridiculus, you wonder why the heck it happened... Or they're sooo ridiculus, you can't help but laugh at it...

For three weeks ago we were training fall technique at my bujinkantraining. Im just a 10 kyu (white belt) and should be doing the easy fall. Well, I start to get the hang of it, cane even do the mae ukemi over trainingpads now and I thought, the guys are doing much harder fall techniques. So I tried a mae ukemi were you cross your arm in front of your chest. You have to go very low with your chest and be sure to land on your shoulder blade. I did fine for the first six times or so, then I made a landing right on my shoulder and I heard a cracking sound. Now Im sitting here with a broken collarbone and the graduation is tomorrow crying

I have a hyperextended toe from sparring that never seems to heal and some tendon in my right leg that prevents me from pivoting fully
In the past, quite a few black eyes and cut faces from fighting people much taller then me, a lot of pulled muscles, bruised shins and really just bruises in general. Overall, not too bad at all. ^^

Though this isn't really a training injury, nor was i the one who got injured, I recently broke someone's arm when i got in a fight...
...People don't think about my half arm as a threat, but i guess he learned the truth the hard way.

Recently, my friends and I were fooling around in slap-boxing matches. And I went up against my friend named Jamel. He's a fat guy, not very quick and is bigger than me. rofl So his whole technique of fighting kept changing throughout the match. He went from wild-and-crazy, to evasive and whatever else. While he was in his wild-and-crazy from I was just constantly blocking his attacks. They were wild, but easy to dodge. But I just kept blocking. I didn't want to risk counter-attacking because his movements were too wild to analyze, and I would lose a point if he slapped me. And I just kept using my right hand to block. Then he after a minute *LOL*, he got tired and just threw this HEAVY a** attack at me. I blocked with my left this time. And you know what they say, "If you use 100% force against *something*, and if you don't have a good *something* then that energy is reflected and given back to you 2-fold" I think that's how it goes... Anyways so he attacked and went flying back and then he gave up rofl The next day, I wake up, and I feel this HUGE a** bump on my right fore-arm. I probably took too much blows. xp It honestly looked like the bone was trying to protrude *sp?* from my flesh. neutral

Hmm. I've gotten to the point where my hip joint partially dislocates when I stretch, and it clunks in and out when I high-kick, but that doesn't hurt too badly. I suppose the worst i've ever had is repeatedly falling on my neck doing acrobatics, and breaking digits.

FuriousAng3l I dunno if this topic had been brought up before, but...meh. I just wanna ask you guys what kind of injuries you (if you have injured yourself that is), or someone else has recieved during training. I remember 8 years ago when a girl kicked the s**t out of my friend's balls during training. His eyes were red like fire rofl A lot of people were rolling on the ground laughing, and my sensei came up and was like, "That's what you get for not practicing hard enough. neutral " rofl rofl rofl Now me, I'm pretty serious when it comes to MA, but I still like to fool around A LOT. Last year, I bought a treadmill so I could run and increase my stamina. But one day, I was fooling around with the buttons (like increasing the speed but not running on it). So I put the speed up to 11.5 mph and being the a** I am, I jumped on the treadmill, tripped myself up, and went rolling off the treadmill and slammed right into the wall behind me. I bruised my knee PRETTY badly, and my right big toe was swollen. It as pretty funny, and I was actually laughing. But I wasn't laughing the next day when the pain really caught up to my a**. neutral Last year October, my gym teach. made us do these excercises in pilattes (sp?). I've never done pilattes in my life, but I thought I'd be alright seeing as I'm a flexible guy. So I did this "Tree stance" and I was feeling fine. Afterwards, we went over to the running area. AS SOON AS I took that first step to run, my right leg went racked up in pain. I went to the nurse, she sent me to the hospital, turned out that I pulled a muscle, and I was in friggin' crutches for a month. I hated it. stare And two weeks ago, I was practicing my kicks. I decided to try to kick higher than I normally do. So I kicked, and heard this crack and felt a pull in my pelvis area on the left side. I think I might've pushed myself too hard. But I'm all healed up now, and I can kick higher than before. So all is well, that ends well I guess. neutral Please share your or your friend's injuries. 3nodding damn dude thats bad rofl worst i've ever done was practicing for my redbelt test a few weeks ago, landed wierd on a kick and tore a bunch of ligiments in my left ankle. It was 5 days before my test!! evil I was on crutches for 3 days (was supposed to be 2 weeks), limped for 1 week (supposed to be 3 weeks) and was back doing TKD by the end of the week ninja

hmm, maybe not so much training as it was display practise (training still maybe?)
anyway, we got given a small area of mats (like 5x5m) whilst we waited for the rest of the mats...
and, so my sister was the person in the middle of the display, being the defendee and some guys and i were the attackers (very unreal, it was a 40yr old, 14yr olds and a 7 yr old lol, trying to 'steal her purse')
so, i run at her ready to get flipped over, all goes well until i land smacking into the gravely concrete of a playground.
i was a red belt, and my white outfit was started to match the color scheme soon after
so that was interesting, i not been going long and we dont have mats so nothing seriously bad can really happen
(doing yellow karate belt grading in 5 weeks, i not gone for like a month and i need to catch up alot)

Durring my Brown belt Judo test I did a left sided Ukiwaza (Foating technique) and caused a full shouder separation (clavical dislocation, skapula dislocation, balljoint dislocation) to my uke(Reciever of the action) we had to rush him to the hospital and he is out of judo for 2 years. I feel bad but its not my fault he forgot to take the fall ^^'
Also myself had 3 broken shins, many bloody urins from cracked ribs bruised kidneys, many concussions minor, many broken fingers and toes (s**t happens) 4 major shoulder dislocations, 2 blown out knees on same side, had my testicals driven into my abdomen 3 times (hurts less every time ^^") to many to count pull sprangs and hyper extensions of all limb joints, steel ankle^^(not fun), and i now have arthritis from all the board breaking as a youngen started at 6 went to 15 in shodokan. Oh and jujutsu (Japanese not juijitsu brazillian or jujitsu wich means flexible or gental truth and is a wrong spelling) has given me really awful wrists from all the kotewaza(wrist techiques)
