fruity2smiles TheGreatShadowraven She say true s idea ng, yeah i do a lot of walking so my knes hurt from time to time u only walk a lot?? i have volleyball practice like 3 times a week and there we jump a lot, we run track, we lift weights, we do push ups, sit ups and crunches, we also practice spiking and setting the ball, and we do step ups, sometimes we also run up and down bleachers. when i get done it feels like someone shot u because ur whole body hurts xp it sounds like a great work out thought 3nodding
